      We had a technician come out in February to look at our roof. We paid the (almost $300.00) for the visit. We have a leak in our bedroom and our roofing company believes it's due to the solar panels being installed improperly after they were put back on. We have left messages after messages and emails after emails for 4 months. We have been told a manager will call us back. No one has returned our call but took our money. It has been complete negligence and theft on their part at this time. They took our money and no one has followed up to take accountability. We have heard from absolutely no one at this point.

      We received a very high bill from CPS so we assumed something was wrong with our solar panels.6/4/25 we called 5 times and no one answered. 6/4/25 they called back and hung up on us. 6/5/25 called again 6/6/25 called again 6/6/25 they called back They are not answering their phone and then responding with an email without any indication they are doing so. This is very odd customer service. No message when you call that they will respond via email. Communication is poor. 6/11/25 Got an email to submit payment for service. Paid it that day. Site Inspection - Inverter Evaluation $144.50 6/18/25 Still no word from them. Called them. Left a voicemail. They emailed instead of called back. Their email: We have received your service request, and we will review it in the order it was received. This may take a few days depending on the issue. We are seeing some delays with SolarEdge, so that may delay your service request. We are working diligently to get your service completed as soon as possible.Our Service Process:1. We only conduct service requests via email. Please do not call about service requests as this will delay your service.2. If your work is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, but you do not have an extended labor warranty, we will send you a quote for the service labor charge. We cannot schedule your service until this has been approved. Please refer to your contract to verify your labor warranty status as well as terms and conditions of your warranty.3. We do not control the speed of the delivery of replacement parts. We can only install them once they arrive to us. Should you have concerns about the speed of the material delivery, please contact the manufacturer directly. -Based on ****** reviews it seems this company lacks customer service skills and actually repairing their equipment in a fair and complete way without scamming customers. I hope we have a different resolution than other customers but unsure.

      We started having problems with the panels late Nov. Reached out and received a response. But now we have been waiting since 12/03/24 to get any kind of update of why our panels stopped producing or if someone would be coming out to check them. Since then it has impossible to get ahold of anyone. While I understand we had issue right at the holidays by this time we should at the very least received some sort of response on what the next steps will be.

      Their panels are great until parts start going out and need repairs. My inverter went out in July. It was under warranty but took almost a month to get the part and for them to get here to replace it. Two days later my system stopped producing again. I was told it was the ** disconnect box.and I needed to replace it - they wouldn't come out to check it. I had to have it checked out and it was not the ** box. Someone came out around 2 weeks later and discovered that the new inverter box was the problem and needed replaced...again. That was at the beginning of October. We are now mid-November and I have heard NOTHING from this company. I have called and left message several times trying to find out if a new inverter box has been ordered or something, anything but nothing but silence. I have had to pay 3 (going on 4) full, high electric bills as well as the solar panel payment. Be wary of a company that takes months to fix problems with their solar panels. They are great when you are buying from them but beyond horrible when it comes to repairs.

      Cam Solar's Denver division installed a complete system on my house in 2021. In July of 2024, we ordered a new Electric Vehicle and wanted to expand our solar system to offset our increased electrical usage charging the new EV. The Denver representative and I agreed on the size needed and placement of the new panels. A contract was signed and we had hoped to have the solar installed by the time the new vehicle arrived. The project went through the normal engineering process and local approval process by my electric provider. Although Cam Solar submitted an antiquated application to my local electric provider, which delayed the process by approximately one month, approval was finally given the first week of September 2024. Upon receiving notice from my electric provider that everything was approved, I tried to contact my Cam Solar representative but get updates on when the installation could be scheduled. I tried telephone messages and emails but all communications had stopped for some reason. I left messages with the office staff and still no calls. The car was delivered on the first week October. I contacted the main office in ***** and they referred me back to the Denver office. An office staff member in the Texas office promised to keep me updated. I have never received any more communications from the ****** or the Texas office. It's mid November and they still haven't contacted me. Both offices have demonstrated a lack of basic customer service, honesty and integrity. I have little hope that they will actually do what they signed a contract to do. No one seems to have the courage to just be honest and show me the minimum amount of respect.

      I couldnt be happier with my system and CAM Solar! I have had my system for five years now, and it has saved me so much on my ********** bill!! My bill used to be between $250 and $300. Now, its no more than $25 and thats including my gas. I cant imagine what it would be with the utility cost going up. My SolarEdge inverter has gone out three times over the past five years, but CAM Solar has kept me up-to-date while working with SolarEdge to get my replacement.

      It is a nightmare. Nobody answers calls and we are suppose to have 25 years of guarantee. Nobody to be found after leaving many messages.

      Very satisfied! ***** and ***** were very helpful in designing the system, removal of the old panels and installing the new ones. They even helped me sell the old panels! The system is working well now.
