My car was hauled from *****, ** to ******, ** on July 21. While in transport, my car was charged toll fees even though my car was being hauled. On July 24, I spoke to ***** (I have his Employee ID number as well). ***** told me that I needed to submit my receipt with the trucks license plate number, pick and drop off time and the fees will be removed. All fees on July 21 from 07:16:44 to 12:00:18 are erroneous charges, which amount to $47.31 and should be removed from my account and I should be reimbursed for those charges. In my dispute center of my online account, my inquire reads that this dispute will be reviewed by NTTA for possible approval/denial and that I should have an answer in **** business days. It has been 13 business days and no official answer. I have called the ********************** line 3 times in the past week. When speaking to a representative to find out the root cause, twice the phone call was disconnected and I never got a resolution via electronic update or US mail. If I don't have a resolution in the next business week, I'm going to file a report with the Texas **************************
