5 starsWe had just signed up with Global Concepts and I thought I would give them a try right away to see how well they could do for us on a very involved vacation to ******. Oh my gosh, I have to say that I was NOT disappointed! ******************* was our agent who helped me extensively throughout the process of all bookings. Even though I gave her a run for the money, as I'm often on the very fussy side, she came through for me with flying colors! She asked just the right questions throughout making certain she got to know exactly what I liked and did not like, Her recommendation at the very beginning for the perfect hotel stay was the one I finally chose even after throwing out a number of others; it was the one I loved the most after looking at everything else. She nailed it right out off!I cannot say enough great things about how great ******************* was at helping me get things set up and booked. She, also, had proven to get me the BEST deals on two other trips/vacations beyond my Hawaiian trip! Thank you so much, again, ***! You not only are just the most wonderful agent but person as well!
