    I regret ordering in the first place. I returned the item, unopened in the box, paid the restocking fee and the return shipping and didn't get reimbursed for over a month. I sent a follow- up email, and go reimbursed the next day. I'm not sure they would have reimbursed me if I hadn't reach out. And the restocking fee is determined by the amount of the wallpaper so it could be 10 dollars or 100 dollars depending on how expensive your purchase is-- if it is a legitimate fee that costs the company time and money, it should be a flat fee. It isn't more trouble to restock a more expensive item, obviously. Save yourself and shop elsewhere!

    Hello,

    The restocking fee is something that all distributors charge not Wallpapers To Go.  Most restocking fees are 25% or higher, so we do cover some of the cost on returns.  We do this the restocking fee on the return policy that is on our website ***********************************************************; Samples are always a good idea so you can get an idea of the colors before you place an actual order to try and not have to do a return.  As for the refund time frame it can take up to 30 days, as the wallpapers are returned back to the distributors and they have to process the return on their end and then send us the credit information and then we issue the refund to the customer.  Sometime it can take longer but we do issue the refunds, not just when the customers send us an email.

    This place sucks!! We had to gut our living room including the ceiling so when we got the wallpaper out of the box and put it next to our tiled fireplace and noticed it clashed I contacted them. Guess what? Too bad! We only had 30 days to return it! How, when I work all week, can I figure this out within 30 days? And I only missed it by 4 days!! Then they take a 15% restock fee!!! For what? To open the box? Go elsewhere where there is decent customer service!!!

    In response to your email.All manufacturers/distributors have a return policy and most of them have a 30 day return policy, so in turn we must follow their policy.  This return policy is listed on our website under Returns. Most of the manufacturers/distributors charge a 25% restocking fee or more, so we do take on some of the cost of that restocking fee.  We do have samples available for purchase, so customers can get an idea of the colors.  We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    Deceptive practices regarding the double rolls. The paper I ordered is not available as a single roll from the manufacturer. I too, ordered two rolls, and received on double roll. This is intended to deceive customers that are comparing pricing with other retailers. That is also why they do not list a price per square foot, because it would be too transparent. Given the number of complaints regarding this practice, I think this fraudulent practice is driving a lot of their sales. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a reputable dealer that does not rely on deception to sell wallpaper, it will save you money and the hassle of going back and ordering more paper after only receiving 50% of the quantity you thought you purchased. Outrageous!

    DO NOT BUY from this company. Will not take returns unless product is unopened. How are you suppose to tell if you like it or not if you cant open it? Also, charge shipping charges to return and restocking fees. TOTAL SCAM.NEVER AGAIN when there are reputable companies out there who take care of their customers and dont cheat them.
