  Had a truly great moving experience with Armstrong. The quoted price never changed, the pick up and delivery were on schedule, and the movers were professional and friendly. Move was from ***** to *******. ******** and ******* were my movers and I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

  ***** and his team did an excellent job on our move from ** to **, kept us informed on their arrival ***, packed our stuff well. Wrapped our stuff well, and got everything reassembled that they took apart with no issues on arrival, would use them again.

  We moved from ***************, ** in April 2024. I chose United *** Lines as a moving company and they gave me a subsidiary company called Armstrong Moving and Relocation Company. Our situation for moving was that our closings on the 2 houses were nearly 10 days apart and we needed a brief storage. The day of the move they came with a large moving truck and told me that they would store our stuff in *******, Tx until our other house became available in **. They finished up that day and off they went. We closed in ** and they came the next morning. As soon as the driver walked in our new house, he said to not blame him for the damage to our belongings as that was how he received it. I can't hardly put into words the condition of our stuff. Every box was damaged! Every wardrobe box had been cut into half its original size and all of our clothes were laying in the bottom of the boxes and not on the bar as they had left our house. Boxes were crushed and it looked like the load had been in an accident. Plates, glasses, bowls, lamp shades, vases, picture frames, table legs, dresser....destroyed. Pictures taken of everything. I was told to file with United in ****** and this woman was a joke. She didn't care. She said fill out the paperwork and turn it in and they would cover $.60 per pound of each item. I was told I should have bought the premium insurance. This is after the $15k that was already spent. I call the Armstrong office and a manager did call me back quickly. He told me that the check from United would insult us, but to get back with him after the check came and he would "make it right". A $241 check comes for over $7,000 of damage and I called him back. No response to calls or emails. I called everyday for 2 weeks until I finally got him. Initially, he didn't remember me, but after more conversation he said that he remembered my issue. At the end I was told that the president would have to agree to a number. Won't return calls. That was July!!! A BAD COMPANY.

  Awful. We hired Armstrong to move our items out of our house and store for 9 months for a renovation and return goods to same house. On return all of the furniture was filthy and the large section couched was damaged so severely that it is a complete loss. Wood furniture came back with cracks and a broken foot. There appears to be no effort to store items in a place and with adequate protection to prevent similar experience in the future. I would recommend avoiding using this firm again based on the quality of service we experienced.
