    Date of purchase/incident: 08/18/2023 Went into the shop to talk about purchasing a new transmission for my car, they recommended a ****** ************ for what I was planning to do with my car. The new transmission was not installed through Selma Automotive due to an unexpected price increase for the total work. I was originally told twice (Once in person at the shop and once over the phone) the total cost would be $4,100. A Price jump to $5,437.07 occurred and I personally opted to take the transmission and have another shop install it. When getting work done on the new transmission, multiple other mechanic shops showed surprise a brand new ****** ************ had issues and upon the transmission being inspected, it was discovered it was not a ****** ************, it lacked all of ************** stickers with their identifying numbers and the green warranty card from ****** was also not included. When calling Selma Automotive to question them if I was missing any paperwork/stickers to identify the transmission, we were told no, ******s do not come with that and that the 2 receipts I had was all the paperwork. After contacting ****** they said it will come with the paperwork/stickers because of their 3 year warranty, and ****** has no record of a transmission for my vehicle VIN being purchased. Receipts only show what I purchased being a "************ Assembly". Nothing ****** related. Average cost of a normal (non-performance) transmission for my car range from 1,800-2,300 dollars and an average core cost of ******* dollars. I was charged a total of ***** dollars and there was a ***** dollar core charge if they did not receive my old transmission supporting the fact that the transmission I was lead to believe I was ordering was the ****** ************ they charged me for. I was confident I was purchasing a ****** ************ and was okay with the higher cost for it, and the transmission I received was not what I purchased. My car has been inoperable since.

                                   ********************************** came in to ask for a transmission repair we give him a quote for a Remanufacture Transmission, for us to order a transmission we ask for the customer to leave a deposit to order transmission, ***************** agree on 08/18/2023, we never change pricing of the transmission everything was in the same price we will provide the invoices here that he sign repair order with terms, Our transmission does come with a 3Year Or 100,00 Miles ******** if we install the transmission, For whatever reason he decide not to install the transmission with us we told him the terms about he taking the transmission with him, he will lose the warranty of the transmission if he takes the transmission carry out and he agree with the terms and sign the Invoice that we will provide for you to review. We are a ************ and Installation team but ********************************** needed his transmission as soon as possible, the jasper ******* transmission will take to get up too 4Months at the time we quoted the transmission but ***************** didnt want to wait that long so we got the transmission directly too GM. Customer didn't told us anything he was happy with our work and service ********************************** already had services in the past we always been honest with him since day one, We will not give him a refund reason he sign the agreement on every terms that we will provide and please review and read the terms of the invoice thank you have a great day !!
