    This company practices price gouging. My elderly mother had her vehicle towed to their shop. They charged her nearly $900 to replace 3 hoses and a radiator cap. The parts they used were non-OEM parts purchased at ********, and they doubled the price. They even charged her $65 per gallon for coolant. When I contacted an actual *reputable* shop (Lamb's Automotive), they quoted around the same amount to replace all of the AND the radiator. They tried to pressure her into paying another $2000 to replace the radiator as well. It is absolutely disgusting that this business pretends that these are fair prices. The person I spoke with refused to give his name, and said to go ahead and tell anybody, because he said "no one will care about you and your complaint". He said that's how this business works, and that if I don't like it, that's just tough.Let me say this again - they took advantage of an elderly woman on a fixed income and charged her almost triple what they should have, and then tried to pressure her into paying another $2000 for what a real shop would charge less than half to do (and would use real OEM parts from the dealer instead of the junk this shop used).I highly recommend looking anywhere else but this place for repairs.
