      Berkeys was great! They came out right away when our plumbing was backed up. It was 10 pm on a Sunday night, so we really appreciated the excellent service. ******* was the technician and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

      Arrived as scheduled and gave me an estimate for replacing a bathtub, removal of old drain from concrete and setting new tub and plumbing. He explained the estimate and scheduled the visit to do the work.

      Above and beyond ****** went way out of his way to help myself and my mom. I highly recommend this company. and ******. Very professional,friendly and took time to listen to get our electrical issues fixed. Wouldn't and won't go anywhere else from now on. We are highly impressed , very grateful. Thank you so much

      ************** was ************** today and he did a GREAT job. We are in the midst of getting ready for a foundation repair and got a plumbing review to see if there are any leaks that need to also be attended to as part of that repair. ****** came out a few days ago to run some specific tests and was excellent. We needed one more test run (a camera scan) so we could be very specific about where the leak was located. We were fortunate to have ****** do that as well and, once again, his service was spot on. He is timely, professional, informative, and efficient. This is a very stressful process for us and having a professional like ****** answer our questions and provide great service is very appreciated. Great service and highly recommend ****** and ********!

      They solved a complicated problem when a prior plumbing company could not. The prior company left us thinking they were ordering parts, but that was not what was needed and they did not return our call when we started asking questions. Berkeys was so experienced, they knew to call and talk to Hansgrohe directly, exchange pics and find a resolution. Yeah, we have all of our walk in shower features again! We are so grateful for their knowledge!
