      He was amazing!! **** professional and thorough in explaining our options. When asked if you could advise us, we felt very comfortable with his suggestion. He was so kind, Thorough and respectful. He actually was very amazing!

      **** came out for an annual inspection and was on time and very professional as usual. He answered all my questions and gave some good advice. He was respectful of my property and just a pleasure to deal with. He even solved a noise issue we've had for over a year. Thank you **** and the Berkeys team.

      **** was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined what was wrong with my a/c unit and explained the repair activity thoroughly. He also walked me through the pricing and explained my alternatives. Never once did he pressure me to make a specific choice. Another big plus: the work was all outdoors in 103 temps!! He never complained! (I brought ice water to him to help keep him hydrated).

      **** did an outstanding job. Spent time looking at potential problems and found the issue. Always informed me if there would be any additional charges. Prices were very reasonable and less than I thought they would be. Corrected problem quickly and tested several times to make sure issue was resolved. I would use **** again in a heartbeat
