    I have been attempting to get in contact with this company via phone and email for over a month to cancel my service and have not gotten an answer on what actions are needed from me in order to cancel!! I'm desperate for someone to reach out to me!!!

    Company refuses to address their non existent customer support when they continue to have multiple outages for hours and hours at a time. Leaving customers with no internet and no adjustment to their bills for a this point literally days without internet. They know they have a monopoly on our neighborhood so they refuse to help or speak to any customer. This is by far the worste internet company I have ever had to deal with. This has to be criminal to charge for a service and say they have customer support and then blatantly ignore every customer that calls in. All my neighbors that have this service have told me they haven't talked to anyone at centric in over a month due to the customer support never picking up the phone, calling back any of our left messages and not replying to any customer emails about their service being interrupted.

    We have had endless issues. First ******** ******** failed to properly schedule the appt we had agreed on (6/1) which caused me to have to call numerous times the day we closed on our house to find out he never submitted the order, i was given a TAT of 2-3 b.days once the new *** properly submitted the order that ******** did not submit. On what was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life, closing on my first home, I had to spend on the phone with you begging to please find a way to come on 6/1 as both my *********** work from ********** livelihood relies on internet.They were able to schedule a tech to come out on 6/1, However the next day, the tech installed the router but found out that the fiber cables outside were not there yet. He submitted a work order he said would take 3-5 b days. If ******** had done his job properly & submitted the order when I initially reached out to him (5/23) then that wouldn't have happened. I called Monday to confirm the order had been submitted & I was again told 3-5 days but most likely 3 days since it was submitted as priority. I called yesterday (6/6) ,the 4th day and they had not gone yet, told to call (6/7). Called today, still nothing, so much for "priority" I was told that someone was going to go over today & fix it but I doubt it. I thankfully still had our apartment for this week and we were able to stay here and not move in to our new home in order to work after your company failed to provide the service we already paid for. I wish I could cancel this service and never have to deal with this company again but unfortunately you're the only one servicing my area. I need the internet fixed today. I need to move into my new home. I have been delaying this due to this company's incompetence. If it is not fixed today you will be costing us money as we will be unable to work Monday I am also having to take time out of my work day to fix everyone's mistakes. When this should not have happened in the first place.
