  First home move in March was 5 Star so I used them again to move my office and glad I did. Three man crew arrived slightly early Energetic Organized Self-Starters Worked great as team Once again a 5 Star performance, Highly recommended Would definitely use again.

  Firefighters moving is the best have had 3 moves with them. They are by far the best they cost a little more than the competition but well worth it Albert and his crew are awesome. Top quality they care about the customer and there home

  Great team of guys! I ONLY use this company and have many times. Yes, they are expensive but, they are the BEST! They take care of your furniture/boxes as if it was their own personal items. Not a big turnover either. I've had the same crew show up before, maybe it's the Tip and Donuts I give them! lol. I thank you Lance for running such a honest, trusting, loyal Company.

  Just completed a move from Atascocita to Montgomery. Albert, Bobby and I forgot the name of the third person who help us move, were great. We had no problems. Packed and wrapped very professionally and the time estimate was dead on.
  
  They should get two weeks of with pay and a 40% raise.

  I chose to move with firefighters finest and pay a premium to move (they were around 40% more than a few other companies I researched) I chose them because they had a clean slate on BBB and good ratings on yelp. This could not be further from the truth in my experience.
  
  I have many nice possessions, so I went ahead and purchased replacement insurance for any possessions that might be damaged in the move. Sure enough some damaged occurred due to lance’s team not properly packing my bed frame. I have a very nice hand embossed metal bed frame from anthropolgie that I paid $2,200 for. It was damaged in the move. After I submitted this claim to the insurance I received an offer of $600. The bed frame cannot be repaired. I bought a FULL REPLACEMENT warranty and I was offered $600 as a settlement for the damage. I let Lance Potter know that I was not happy with this. The bed is hand embossed and cannot be repaired and replacement parts cannot be purchased. My expectation with the FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY that I bought was that it would be replaced, all $2,200 of it. Instead I was offered $600. I told Lance Potter that we had some friends moving with him in a couple weeks and we would tell them to switch companies. He rudely asked for their name and said he’d let them know that they need to switch companies. They didn’t stand behind their work and offered an insulting and unacceptable settlement after damaging my expensive bed frame, and he had the nerve to get cute with me and offer to cancel the move with my fiends. This is very different from the professional front they put on when you book with them. I would not recommend moving with Lance Potter’s firefighters finest to anyone for those facts above.

We are pleased to hear that all of your many nice possessions made the 1,200 mile move without any issues, other than a small cosmetic issue on the bed side rail. We do offer Increased Carrier's Liability to all of our moving customers which gives our company the discretion to repair, replace with similar item or financially compensate based on the level of damage. This does not mean that customers are entitled to receive a brand-new item when a 6-year-old piece of furniture has a small cosmetic blemish. We understand your frustration with the claims process, although as I stated on the phone with you, I do not use foul, vulgar obscenities and do not appreciate them being directed at me. I apologize that my patience grew thin with the obscenities and threats, and I should not have assumed that the referral of your friends would expose my crew to the same type of behavior. I take pride in my level of professionalism and apologize if at any point my comments appeared unprofessional. Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage will continue to strive for perfection on every move and will continue to operate with a high level of integrity, which most of our customers understand and appreciate.
