    On March 14th I purchased two tickets to see the Jurassic Quest exhibit in ***********. This is a nation wide tour that moves to various cities in the country. The exhibit was on March 15th. I have just realized yesterday that I was double charged for tickets I purchased. I bought two tickets for a total of $44.78. They charged me twice/double charged.

    Hello,

    This customer reached out to our *************************** on April 13, 2025 on the same day that they submitted a complaint to the BBB. Please see the attached files showing the communication thread from the customer and one of our customer service agents showing that the when the customer brought the issue of them purchasing duplicate orders to our attention that our customer service team immediately rectified the issue by providing the customer with a refund of the duplicate order in a timely manner.

    Dear Jurassic Quest Team,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent visit to Jurassic Quest. My daughter is a huge dinosaur fan, and after seeing your advertisements showcasing interactive exhibits and an immersive experience, we were excited to attend. However, what we encountered was nothing like what was promised.The event felt cheaply put together, with plastic dinosaurs placed behind flimsy gates, lacking any sense of realism or engagement. The so-called interactive elements were minimal at best, and long lines made it nearly impossible to enjoy what little was offered. What was marketed as an exciting, hands-on experience was, in reality, a collection of lackluster displays that did not justify the cost of ************ daughter left feeling disappointed and let down, and frankly, I feel misled by your advertising. This was not the high-quality, immersive event that was promised. I expect better transparency in marketing and a significant improvement in the experience if you continue to charge families premium prices for what amounted to a subpar attraction.I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I would hate for other families to waste their time and money as we did.

    On February 21, 2025, we attended the Jurassic Quest event in *************************. The line to just to get in the event was 50 minutes long! We had to wait outside in freezing temperatures for most of that time. Upon check in, children with Ultimate Passes were given wrist bands for rides. We walked through the dinosaur exhibit and fossils exhibit, which in itself was disappointing only to find NONE of the rides were available! Apparently, they had not passed inspection and couldnt be used! At no point had we been told this and we had to ask. We had paid extra money to go on the rides and would not have attended the event at all otherwise. I emailed the company and was not granted a refund as requested as we didnt receive what we paid for and was overall very disappointed with the entire experience.

    The show advertise bouncy houses animal rides which we could not use a lot of kids crying over That Bouncy House

    We purchased tickets in July 2024 for a Jurassic Quest event on Nov 3, 2024 in *************. When we arrived at the ***********, there was no event being held. The expo center didn't have the event listed on their site. Other families showed up with the same dates on their tickets. When we looked it up, there was only one third party site showing the event. We tried contacting customer service to no avail. We resorted to contacting our bank. We believe this may be a scam targeting families with dinosaur obsessed kids.

    I spent $294 for my son, grandson, niece, her husband and 2 children to go to Jurassic Quest September 21, 2024. I bought the ultimate tickets because multiple rides and bounce houses were advertised, as well as multiple activities. There was one bounce house my 6 year old grandson was permitted to go on, due to his age. Nowhere on their page does it mention age requirements. There was one moving dinosaur ride that my grandson could ride. Most activities were for younger children, which was not advertised. If I had known the age limits, I would never have spent this much money. Very disappointed and will not recommend this business that falsely advertises.

    I attended the ** Event in ********* on 7/20/24 and it was very disappointing. We waited long to see the "live" dinosaur show, and when it finally began, it ended before we even reached it. The show lasted less than 2 mins. We waited another 30 mins to experience it again, only this time it was just the baby dinosaur and not the big one. My kids were upset. Many employees were not at their stations, including the green screen experience. We were in this area for over an hour and no one came. The "ride the dinosaur" ride was out of order so we did not get to experience that. Another bigger dinosaur ride was also broken. The man working that had to rock it with his foot for it to move. The exhibit when you first walk in was too dark that we couldn't see much. The person working the arts and crafts area was asleep when we walked up to it. All of the pencils to color with needed to be sharpened so my kids had nothing to color with. I asked the person (after she woke up) if there was a pencil sharpener and she said no. The advertising for this event was misleading. We were given the impression there would be multiple animatronic dinosaurs and there were none. Its even more disheartening to see your disappointed children. The only thing they enjoyed was the bounce house but they were only allowed 5 mins in it after waiting a long time. We paid a total of $189.60, and traveled over an hour. I would not recommend the event to anyone. I emailed customer service after and they responded with an apology but explained that refunds are against their policy. I understand the policy but I also did not get the experience I paid for. I was not warned that most of the amenities would be out of order or that the employees would be asleep or not present. The sale of our tickets was unethical and I would like a refund. I would also like to to warn other families. Its terrible to deceive families and children. I want to company to do better and deliver what they promise.

    We paid for 4 of the highest tickets thinking we would need to ride on the rides with the kiddos. Then we see that there are actually adult tickets, as they cannot ride on the rides. We were told before we entered that they would take care of it and the partial refund would be given. Then after the event we were told they would not actually give a refund after all. We purchased $33 for four tickets and we should have paid two at $33 and two at $25. The event was definitely advertised a different event than we actually attended, and we don't think it was worth $33 each for what we saw/did. We did not think it was well done. We think we at least deserve a partial refund. It was for July 7th under ******* *******. The partial refund would be for $16.

    Date of transaction: 7/05/24 Amount paid: ****** Business committed to provide:Purchased two adult tickets (general admission) and three kids ticket (Kids Ultimate Admission). It was supposed to provide:- exhibits for dinosaurs - one-of-a-kind interactive raptor training experience - greet loveable baby dinosaurs - walking dinosaur rides The nature of the dispute is that it did not promised to deliver any of what it claims. I took my kids to the ********, ** location today and it was a horrid experience. Everything was set up in tents with absolute no ventilation/fan in 90 degree weather. The exhibits is essentially one tiny tent with a few dinosaurs with half of them broken as they did not move. Staff are barely seen and when so, are busy trying to stay cool in the hot weather. Everything in the venue looks either broken and extremely dirty. The venue did not bring out baby dinosaurs, no raptor training experience, no walking dinosaur rides, 2 out of 3 of stationary dinosaur rides are broken, nasty stench in the tent due to no air circulation and dirty bouncy rides. Only one staff was monitoring all the rides. It is a absolute nightmare of an event.

    Date: July 5, 2024 Purchase Price: $68.60 Event: *********************************************** Location: *********, ** Incident: Tickets were purchased for a 12pm entrance time. We arrived to the location on time and waited 30 minutes in 90 degree humid conditions for over 35 minutes before leaving. Staff came out to inform everyone at 12:30 that they were waiting on ride inspectors to clear several rides. Many frustrated ticket holders left, a few due to signs of heat stroke.I emailed customer service explaining the incident and requested a refund. I received the following generic reply: We're very sorry, however, due to company policy, tickets are nonrefundable unless in the case of a canceled event. This is posted at the point of purchase, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.This place has overwhelming negative reviews and online claims of fraud. I take responsibility for not exercising proper due diligence, but I paid for a service that was not received, which is legally theft.
