    We purchased tickets to attend Jurassic Quest here in Dallas and were thoroughly disappointed. The advertisement shown on their social media pages is false advertisement and nothing like what we actually experienced. There were no sea life displays, no staff dressed in Jurassic Quest attire going over the exhibits or walking around with a realistic dinosaur as advertised. The staff that were there couldn't even tell you what some of the dinosaurs were and some were labeled incorrectly. The entire setup was horrible and again, nothing like they're advertising. When I commented under their page it was false advertisement and not worth the money we spent for a family of 3, they blocked me. So pretty much only GOOD reviews can be shown on their page, not the truth. After my post, several people in different areas I know said they went when it came to their city and it was not as advertised. We work hard for our money and wanted to give our daughter an awesome experience since she loves dinosaurs so much and this was not it. They won't refund your money but yet expect us to pay for false advertisement and a horrible experience.

    $82.29 paid for false advertisement and worn out props, staff with no knowledge of anything there. The attached is nothing what we saw or experienced. And I'm not the only one. Once I posted about my experience, SEVERAL people started they experienced the same exact thing in different cities.

Your feedback helps us improve our event, so we greatly appreciate you reaching out to inform us of your experience. Tickets are nonrefundable unless in the case of a cancelled event. Customers are required to agree to our refund policy in order to purchase tickets to ensure that customers are aware of our refund policy before purchasing.

      I'm pretty sure you know that the event was definitely not a advertised.  And I'm not the only one who had the experience.  When I posted on your Facebook page about it,  my comment was removed and blocked. So when I posted on my personal page, others commented, some in different cities, saying they experienced the same.  You knew that there were no staff dressed as advertised, no staff walking around with the interactive dinosaur, no displays of any dinosaurs that lived in the water.. everything in your advertisement, the Dallas event fell short of.  I am definitely not the only one that's complained about this,  you just block your reviews and only show those that leave good ones. What we paid for three people was not worth the event and as I stated before it was False Advertisement.  What we paid for is not what we got.  You cannot tell me what you've been advertising was at this event because it was not.
