    We have had such an amazing experience with mycpe one. From the beginning process with interviews (we had four highly qualified applicants) to the current stage where our employee is trained and working daily. We are so fortunate and our virtual accountant saves me at least ***** hours a week on average! Highly recommend

    First, let me start by stating that the product itself is a good product. However, when I signed up for my subscription I was unaware that it would automatically renew the following year. As soon as I noticed the charge on my card for the current year (less than one week after it renewed) I contacted them to tell them I had made alternate arrangements for my CPE over the next year and requested to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the amount paid. I was told l would not qualify for a refund either full or partial because once the renewal was processed it was final. I explained the situation and the person I requested spoke with even acknowledged that I had not accessed any of their programs since the renewal. I feel as though the auto renewal was deceptive and I should have been given a refund as I contacted them almost immediately and received no goods or services before cancelling. For a company that serves a professional community I find these business practices suspect.

    Go elsewhere
    These people are a pain in the ykw:
    1) I order the unlimited package
    2) Get the first email, pushing me to order a package, two days later, AFTER I ordered a package, from Renata.
    3) She/he then proceeds to tell me my package expired the day I bought it. I ask to clarify, it should be a year. She/he answers with the same incorrect date AGAIN. I ask again, "Oh yeah, my fingers...Oh yeah, you have a subscription."
    4) Few days later, get an email from Mary, who doesn't even reply when I state again, I HAVE a subscription, this is now the fifth email you have sent, I've unsubscribed to no avail, please STOP.
    5) Today, it's Steven, bugging me again to subscribe to a subscription THEY ALREADY GOT PAID FOR.
    If they can't properly track/update orders, how dependable are they to actually report the CPE? I'll let you know!
    This is the worst CPE-provider I have encountered in 16+ years. They don't listen, can't read, and will bug you until the end of days.
    I recommend Becker. More expensive (sometimes have 30% off coupons), but they employ people that can read.

    Watch for the subscription charges. Most dishonest company. Stay away. Buyer beware.

    We have used Entigrity for about 2 years now and have been very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the people we have worked with. In addition, they continue to improve their systems to make it even easier to work with both the administrative representatives and our offshore team.

    Emails do not include unsubscribe options, or the link is not valid. Requested to be removed from the emails directly via email but continue to receive solicitations.
