    I paid for items that showed in stock. After two weeks, the order still shows “awaiting processing”. I email because they don’t have a working phone number, and I eventually get a response claiming they are now back ordered and I’ll have to wait 2 more weeks before they even attempt to get my order to me. I asked for a refund, reminding them I didn’t agree to back ordering these items and they refused. Arken optics took 500~ dollars from me and refuses to deliver the products or a return.

    This time of the year is unfortunately is very busy to say the least. He is correct we should have been able to get the product out faster. However the statement, we refused a refund isn't 100% correct, by the time he mentions a refund the product was already shipped. I have attached a photo of when the shipping label was created and handed off to the USPS. We do apologize for the hassles that we incur this time of year and with shipments sometimes not being picked up on time. But the tracking shows delivery expected by the 21st this Saturday. We appreciate every customers business and we are growing and trying to add new features to our orders/shipping programs to get better and faster. Thank you.

    On march 2, 2024, my wife and I attempted to purchase a scope from Arken Optics. The amount is 409$. I/we had attempted to buy a scope several times and the online payment processor kept telling us there was an AVS mismatch, that our address didnt match our card information, which it did, and declined our payments. The money would be removed from our accounts, but then automatically reversed. On 3/2/24, the same thing happened, but the money was taken out of our account. There is no customer service line, which I know they feel is adequate in todays business. And email response is anything any of urgent. These guys claim to be professional and veterans, but this isnt a great way to run a business with a platform based for vets. Just want my scope. Enjoy the product. Do not like the lack of customer service and not knowing where my money is. Would like to receive confirmation and receive my product.

    I spent over $500 on 2 optics on sale and they accepted the money but only sent 1 optic. I can prove with weight of package from **** it was not 2 optics but 1 in the package. I have screenshots of the order and tracking number indicating they shipped the 2 optics I ordered.

    Date of transaction: 12/03/2024 Amount: $498.01 What the business committed to provide me: EP-5 5-25x56 FFP Illuminated VPR 34mm tube Optic Nature of dispute: No Refund, no evidence of shipment Has the business tried to resolve the issue: No, I was told they cannot provide a refund for a item that has already shipped but cannot provide the evidence that it has. My **** tracking number shows the status of "label created" and the status has not changed since January 3rd. When asked about this I do not get a response. My other item shipped without any issue that was ordered the same day. I was also blocked on the arken page on ******** for asking about my package.Order Number: AO1WONN **** Tracking Number: **********************

    When we create the label that means we packaged the order and placed it in the truck for **** to pick up. **** has been converting their system and they have lost or delayed deliveries for priority mail. We have started the process of switching to *** because of these issues. We can refund the customer or send them another duplicate, it does appear that **** has lost this package. Thank you.
