    I have purchased four scopes in the past, and when I had a problem, I was able to call speak to a person and remedy the situation. That is no longer the case and it sucks that you don’t care enough about your customers to talk to them. Personally, I quit doing business with companies like Walmart because they want you to do it For them and there’s no customer service. I also have a problem with sending emails for some reason my email server is having a problem. Your system said that my order was not completed because the billing information did not match, but I got a confirmation from my credit card company that the charge had gone through. It did not match because your automated system put in the last four extra digits on my five digit ZIP Code. I wanted to call speak to someone take care of the issue and be through with it in five minutes now I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to find a phone number writing an email that would not go through and giving a review, that is worthy of your horrible customer service. If you’re going to stay in business, please get someone with a nice Demeanor to answer the phone. Thank you look forward to your answer

    We have never really had a phone number on our website. We are good about the email response time being under 24 hr. We do care about our customers and are working towards eventually having a phone line that we can implement to the website. The order that you were talking about was being declined due to your street address not matching, PO Box sometimes is an issue with cards. I also see that you ended up getting it to go through. If you put the number first then words PO Box that will usually get the order approved as well. Our email is [email protected] for sending us comms that route.     I have been dealing with Arken now for over one week trying to buy their FLIP IT scope covers. They have 2 websites. One is a USA site and the other one is a "GLOBAL" site. The prices for their scope caps are 1/2 the price on the global site. I called the 833 number many times only to get the same recorded message. NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE is a joke these days and the emails take way too long to get a reply. I finally received an email today stating that the global site must have been in error and I would have to order from the USA site at twice the price. As I stated the them, if I had to send my scope (I have 3 of them) back for any kind of warranty service, I think I'd be in deep trouble with the last week's ridiculous back and forth communications. They even wanted me to send a screen shot of THEIR global web site page showing the $22.49 price. For God's sake, it's THEIR SITE. One might get a good scope for the money from Arken, but the price does not pay for any customer service, PERIOD. Previous reviews here remind me that prices can be low due to Chinese manufacturing, and shipping can be a real problem as to inventory when dealing with China. IMO, I hope they find a way to up their CS issues and business practices but after my recent dealings WITH EMAIL, I have a bad feeling that they might not be business within a year of two OR will sell out to some huge holding company that will make their issues even worse. Most of the above was passed along to them in several of my emails so I'm not hiding how I feel about ArkenOptics. ......Good luck gentlemen with any of your future dealings with this Sugarland, Texas business, and I pray that those dealings are not as sketchy as the ones I had over the last week. I do like and use their scopes and are a decent value for the money spent, but that can quickly fade away when any kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is sorely lacking.............................Albert

    I reviewed the comments between you and some of our staff. The Global site is for dealers throughout the world. You should have not ever been able to access that website and see dealer pricing honestly, that has been fixed as of now. As for the emails only, we are working on a phone system for the future to help our customers who don't like emailing. Thank you for your support and business.

    Arken Optics is close to becoming a scam and will charge your card but will not deliver within the published lead time. Their business most closely resembles GoFundMe without the novelty of explicitly telling the customer.
    I place two different orders with Arken Optics two weeks apart starting 01 Jan. 2024. On both occasions Arken Optics publish a lead time of 6-8 weeks and charged my card immediately. I have reached out via email multiple time with no satisfaction or product fulfillment. As recently as today 19 Mar 2024, Arken Optics has replied with “ ***** ****** *** *** **** ******* ** **** ***** possibly. We can update the orders to a scope we have in stock and send you an invoice for the difference or we can issue you a refund. Please advise.”
    They do not appear to have any product in stock and it appears that they have no intent on delivering on my order. The best I can hope for is a refund after 10 weeks of waiting. Im a fool because only a fool would agree to send money to a vendor hoping to receive a product someday maybe without recourse.

    The customer is correct for the model that he chose to order. We did fall behind on the time line for that model. We always offer that they can cancel anytime prior to shipping. We try our best to predict accurate lead times, however, in manufacturing this can be difficult sometimes. In no way possible are we trying to scam people as he suggests. We have many models that ship out daily. Thank you.

    I liked the 1st scope so much I ordered another version that was lighter and more suited for the rifle it will go on. The value is better than anything out there that I know of, it is hard to understand how they can make a profit but glad they do.

    I ordered a scope from Arken placing, perhaps, too much hope in the product and the service. It's been terrible. The product I received was not good. I emailed multiple times for refund instructions (because there's no customer service number on the site) with NO RESPONSE. I finally sent the product back at MY expense hoping that would spark some action for a refund of the original purchase price. I FINALLY got refund instructions but that was too late since I had already sent th scope back. Here we are SEVERAL weeks later and again NO RESPONSE and NO REFUND. I will continue to seek my refund but I will never order from Arken again. It's been a terrible experience.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered a scope over a month ago and still don't have it I have tried to email them and haven't herd anything back. I got a tracking number then when I check on it they canceled label.

    The product in question is on back order and we have failed to meet that predicted lead time. The customer can always have a refund issued if they wish. We have been in engage with them via email. They are correct about the tracking label, we overprinted labels compared to the amount that came in for the first batch. Thank you.

    I purchased a scope in 2023 very good value, I purchased second scope in 2024, it was supposed to be 25% off I did not receive sale price, around same time first scope failed to zero stop, you cannot call they don't answer phone, and they don't respond to emails, very unethical business practices especially when you are pushing the whole veteran platform very insulting to honest veterans.

    Customer is correct we don't have a call service, which is pretty normal these days for business. The code you have to enter to receive the 25% off and it is posted all over our website and its entered in the checkout process below the shopping cart as most internet websites have that posted. He has been taken care of on the product that he claimed was defective and it has already been shipped and in their home state en route.

    Horrible business to deal with it’s February 5th 2024 I ordered a scope in November 2023 after waiting 3 weeks I received an email that optic I was purchasing was out of stock and would be in stock in December so I cancelled that order now being December 2023 I place another order for same optic as previously purchased emails have been sent multiple times regarding this order January 3rd I received a **** tracking number stating item was awaiting arrival at company home post office finally received an email that said it takes time to get from sugar land Texas to Nevada not to worry it was on its way it’s now going on 6 weeks and still the same tracking number and status I regret trying to do business with this company a second time

    Your order was indeed shipped but USPS has been having some issues with losing packages and it is all over google if you search it. We did indeed create a duplicate order the day you reached out to us on FEB 7th about the package not being received. Now the replacement you now have, after we refunded the original order a couple of days later. If you would like to keep the product let us know and we can send you an invoice with a 50% discount for the inconvenience you had to deal with on the shipping issues.     I emailed this company regarding an order I placed on December 12 2023 and decided to email to so what the status was on my order then I got a email back saying they ship within 4-6 weeks as it says on their Website ( doesn't say anything about a wait time). So I sent another email 6 weeks later and still no response. It is now week 7 and I haven't received any email regarding a shipment or email on a status. As a business you should have better customer support.

    The product the customer ordered in fact showed an advertised lead time. The product was shipped out to the customer the day before he filed this claim with you. It arrived on the 12th of Feb, left with individual was what USPS website says for tracking. We have had conversations with customer via email about the lead times as well. Thank you.
