I got a car from this dealer on May 02, 2024, and as of today, I have not gotten the license plates. The temporary tag has expired, and the dealership refuses to provide a solution. I can not use the car to go to work because of this. I have called many time to the dealerships, and they always tell me a customer representative will call me back which has not happened. Nobody seems to care about it, and they said the problem is an issue with their system that happened two weeks ago, but I have been waiting for 67 days for my license plates now with no help.I cannot even drive to the dealer to talk to a person, and they will need to overnight a temporary tag or license plates for my car now, and even pay for expenses on Uber for me to go work because of this.

Texas Best Pre Owned has falsely reported a repo to 2 credit bureaus and late payments. . I was NEVER late on a payment and when Texas Best STOLE my car from yard in July , July's payment was paid in full. I wrecked my car and had it towed to my house , when i got released from the hospital my car was gone when I got home. They also sold me @full coverage insurance which is a scam.

Customer bought a vehicle in March, financed 22k + , made 3 payments, totaled vehicle. Lied about it being at a repair facility. Which initiated the repossession, which was well within our rights. She was even still given ample time, certified notifications to redeem, pay monies owed. Never heard from her again. So of course loan was never paid.

Her insurance was also though one of our companies. Multiple attempts to collect needed info for us to process claim were attempted. Such as deductible, and police report to determine fault. She never provided. So as now we are at a 12k+ loss. Which she is more than welcome to pay and we will show paid in full.

The business falsely advertised the problem of one of their vehicle on the lot, 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, I paid $1,000 down and I got a car loan from my bank to cover the $20,000 I still owed, they initially told me it was the starter and thats why the battery light was on, I was able to start the vehicle in their lot no problem so I didn't make a big deal about it they told me they were going to have someone fix it, I put a 1,000 down so they could hold the vehicle for me and not sell it. The salesman did not offer me any warranty for the truck but since he told me the problem was fixed It didn't really matter, I signed the papers he gave me and officially made the truck mine, not even out the lot and I feel the truck jerking and having trouble accelerating even though I was told the problem was fixed, I drove back and they told me they would take a look at it and tell me it could be the pcm thats is messing up and that they will not cover any expenses even though they told me the problem was fixed, the business tricked me into buying without letting me test driving it completely and out right lying to me that they had fixed the problem, they lie to you and tell you they check their vehicles when they don't and sell whatever they get from wherever without doing any checks and more than likely don't drive their own vehicle because it is such an obvious safety problem that acceleration is decreased and they let me drive off that lot with my partner and baby knowing I live 1 hour away from the dealership with a truck that is not safe to be on the roads, I limped the truck home because I did not want to leave it in their hands especially when they told me the couldn't help me out without paying them more to fix something that should have been fixed before it was sold, I also had trouble with them releasing the vehicle even after payment, they did not honor a draft payment from my bank and did not want to release the vehicle.

APOLOGIES I WAS OUT OF TOWN. TO START, A DRAFT IS NOT A PAYMENT. IT'S SIMPLY A PIECE OF PAPER SAYING BANK WILL PAY X AMOUNT ONCE TITLE WORK IS PERFECTED. DOESN'T DO MUCH GOOD WHEN WE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE VEHICLE OFF FLOOR-PLAN, SAME WITH ANY DEALERSHIP. THEN GOD FORBID THERE'S SOMETHING FRAUDULENT HAPPEN. IT'S THE DEALER THAT IS 100% OUT OF THE MONEY. WHICH COULD, AND WOULD WIPE OUT ANY SMALL BUSINESS. THIS WAS SAME PROCESS USED AT 2 LARGE FRANCHISE STORES I RAN FOR OVER A DECADE. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL OUT A PARTIAL CREDIT APP, TO RUN THROUGH TELE-CHECK, WHICH IF CREDIT WORTHY THEY GUARANTEE THE FUNDS, WHICH ALLOWS CUSTOMER TO TAKE THAT SAME DAY. OR THEY CAN JUST BRING CASH.

AS FAR AS THE TRUCK, CUSTOMER WAS TOLD FROM THE SECOND HE CAME ON THE LOT, TRUCK HAD LITERALLY JUST GOT THERE DAYS BEFORE HE CAME. EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WE HAD DONE, WHICH AT THAT POINT WAS CHANGED BATTERY, STARTED FOR A DAY, THEN DEAD THE NEXT. SO WE WERE GOING TO TRY AND MAKE ONE MORE ATTEMPT AT BATTERY, SEEING MAYBE IF IT WAS JUST A BAD ONE. THEN MENTION RELATED COMPONENTS IT COULD BE. GAVE HIM THE OPTION TO COME BACK ONCE REPAIRS HAD BEEN MADE. HE WAS THE ONE THAT WAS ADAMANT ABOUT PLACING DEPOSIT TO HOLD, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS TOLD IT WAD 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. CAME BACK WITH DRAFT DAYS LATER, TRUCK HAD STILL NOT BEEN FIGURED OUT. HE WAS TOLD, HE WAS ADAMANT ONCE AGAIN ABOUT TAKING, EVEN AFTER WE EXPLAINED ANY REPAIR WOULD BE SOLELY ON HIM. HE REPLY WAS HE WAS A MECHANIC! WE 100% GAVE HIM THE OPTION ONCE HE LEFT AND TRUCK STARTING BREAKING DOWN TO LEAVE WITH US! WE DID EXPLAIN THAT WE'D COVER ALL LABOR, HE'D JUST HAVE TO COVER PART, OR PARTS. HE REFUSED. VERY LITTLE MARGIN THESE DAYS ARE BUILT INTO AN INTERNET PRICE DESIGNED TO BE COMPETITIVE ENOUGH TO GET SOMEONE TO DRIVE WAY OUT TO TERRELL IN THE FIRST PLACE. SO IF A VEHICLE ALL SUDDEN STARTS TO HAVE A PAST OR NEW ISSUE, OF COURSE THAT REPAIR IS NOT GOING TO BE JUST EATEN FROM THE DEALER WHO AT THAT POINT HAD NOT EVEN SOLD TRUCK YET. IT WAS THE CUSTOMER THAT KEPT PUSHING THE DEAL FORWARD.

MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND DOCS WE ALWAYS HAVE SIGNED. THESE ARE NOT DOCS REQUIRED BY THE STATE. THEY ACTUALLY CAUSE US TO MISS A FEW DEALS EACH YEAR. BUT IT'S BECAUSE WE WANT EVERY CUSTOMER TO KNOW EVERY IN AND OUT OF THE DEAL.
