      This is very unfortunate but after looking at multiple reviews it seems most of us have the same issues. I begin emailing back on 4-21-25 stating how the sales practices are very deceptive. We signed up for the "normal' program in March but wasn't able to use it due to my work schedule. We were asked to come in later for our "Welcoming" we went in and listen and thought it wasn't much more so why not. Once we start looking to use membership, we find that is nowhere remotely what it was sold to be. I started emailing trying to get some explanations on what we were sold. I was asked for my membership number, so I provided that but never heard from anyone. I followed up on 4-25 and once again nothing. On 4-30-25 I spoke with Christina and she stated a supervisor would call me back. I did receive and email from Rebecca informing me that what Christina was correct, I was stuck. I've had numerous emails with no response. On 5-29-25 I was assured that I would receive a phone call today, 6-2-25 but that never happened. I have continued to pay my payment during all of this, but nothing is as is it is sold to you. It is very unfortunate that this is the customer service you get for this money. The pictures they show you are deceptive as well. Enough is enough, I've tried just asking for a phone call to help me see if I'm missing something in what we receive for the money we pay. I haven't ever got that call. I could go on and on, but I'll save all of the time and simply say don't fall for it. I'll wait it out and do what I need to do to get out of this one. Please don't mistake this for being mad because I'm not. This is just a fact of being deceived and no one at this business caring enough to respond correctly.

      A very deceptive company! Stay away no matter what they say. We were lied to, documents forged supposedly because the Ipad was freezing up. Contacted the company to cancel to no avail. Was never told we could cancel within 3 days. We never got to read the documents period.

      The sales tactics they use is were they get you, they promise you. you are able to suspend it and not make payments on anything if you haven't been using it but they don't tell you you have to have the loan paid in full in order to do so. They promise you the use of cabins, but it takes them two years to fix the cabins, so they were unable to be used. On top of that, they talk about constant renovations being done, but to be honest, its no different than a trailer park. The bathrooms are almost always dirty and just look nasty as well. You would be better off staying away from this company and anyone linked to them. Just go to a state park, cause it will save you a ton of money in the long run. Also, tthey dont have any program or any sort of help if you are going through financial hardship and when you call to ask them about reselling or anything else, they will continue talk over you and wont let you get a word in. Overall, this is one of the worst financial decision I have ever made. I would rather it go to collections for the next 7 years and then continue to pay them, which might happen here in the near future.

      We are extremely fed up with Ocean Canyon Resorts. The sales people were deceptive and totally lied to us when we joined. We were told that we would be able to stay at any Good Sam’s park listed in their book for "free". After trying to book at a Good Sam's RV park that was in the book for a trip to Texas, we were told that it wasn’t going to be “free”. ‘My husband does turnarounds for a living and we thought that this would be perfect for him when he has to travel for work. We found out that was a complete lie. The only discount we get is 10% off which is what we had with the Good Sam’s membership before we joined Ocean Canyon Resorts. We have only road through one of the parks to which it looked to be run down, not sure why we pay $695 in maintenance fees. We were told during the sale pitch thst it was a MEMBERSHIP not a TIMESHARE. We were told we could cancel anytime, but that was flat out lie. When we called to cancel our membership we were rudely informed that cancellations are not allowed per the contract and we are stuck paying $695 for the next 6 years. We were also told by their customer service department that we should have read the fine print in the contract, of course we didn't have time to read every word of all the pages during the high pressure sales pitch to which the salesman repeatedly reassured us we could cancel at any time! WE WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT!!!! This sales pitch was full of lies from the get go. Their customer service people are the rudest people to try and work with. Hope people can read this and not get suckered into something that sounds so good but turns out to be a complete nightmare!!!

      I have been trying to get a spot here they make it nearly impossible and have been giving me the run around they also have a very unprofessional manger and the manager's wife thinks she runs the place

      We are very unhappy with ocean canyon resort. We were lied to and manipulated by our sells representative. We would like to get out of this contract. I have left messages and have not heard back. I have a page in my contract that wasn’t signed, according to my friend that is a judge , my contract can be terminated. Would love to speak with someone in charge.

      I want to say that we worked with the Service Manager and solved the differences between Ocean Canyon Resort, and in mutually resolving the problem. All though we are not members anymore we want to wish Ocean Canyon Resort the best in their endeavors in their business. Thank you again service manager for resolving the problem.

      I had some issues with my contract but after speaking with their customer service they resolved all my issues and make sure I was happy. She was very polite

      We are very unhappy with this timeshare and want this company to release us from all future obligations and payments. Our sales representative Jerry **** lied to us about the value and amenities to get us to purchase this vacation plan. Our first stay was a complete dump. We then booked a cabin for a week (what we thought was a cottage) only to arrive and it was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen counters, stove, and floor. Not to mention it was all sticky as you walked. They then moved us to another cabin only for it to have holes in the closet and ceiling. We have no interest in staying in your run-down, filthy properties and want an immediate termination of our agreement.
