      This is the second time I am being taken to court after I had already made an arrangement that they did not accept. I feel harassed and targeted since I was a former employee and so was a family member. I also play for a local band and feel targeted because of that. The supervisor for the area also knows us personally to which I feel this will never end as long as she's with the company. I have called their Headquarters and have left many voicemails to which none have been returned. It is evident these people are not willing to work with their customers and will man **** you if they feel like it.

      I am writing to formally lodge a customer service complaint regarding repeated issues with my loan account at Atlas Credit in **********, ***On multiple occasions, I have encountered the same problem: when a payment due date falls on a weekend or holiday, Atlas Credit has proceeded to withdraw funds from my account immediately, despite my explicit requests not to do so. These unauthorized withdrawals have caused my account to become overdrawn and have created unnecessary financial strain.I have communicated this concern to your staff several times and asked that no payment be withdrawn without my express consentespecially when the due date falls on a non-business day. Despite these requests, the issue persists. Most concerningly, when I reiterated my request for this practice to stop, I was told that Atlas Credit would no longer hold any payments for me going forwardan unacceptable and retaliatory *********** be clear, I have never failed to make a payment on my loan, and my responsible payment history is reflected by the fact that my credit limit has been increased on several occasions. I am not refusing to pay. I am simply requesting that Atlas Credit cease all attempts to withdraw or post payments to my account without my prior authorization.I expect this matter to be addressed immediately, and I request written confirmation that future withdrawals will only be made with my consent.

      Yes im facing severe hardship with my loan however tried to call company on multiple occasions but can't get through wanting to setup a plan to get on track however getting harassed in regards to the loan not trying to be difficult or anything like that but it's hard to get in contact with company and want the letters to stop i do not want to refinance or anything like that and would like account closed.

      I am writing to formally dispute the account referenced under account number ********* that appears on my ********************** report. This account was opened without my authorization and constitutes fraudulent activity. I have no recollection of applying for or consenting to any agreement with ATLAS CREDIT COMPANY I.Under 15 USC 1692g (Validation of Debts), you are required to provide verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment if I notify you in writing within *************************************************** documentation proving that I consented to this account. Without a valid, legally binding agreement bearing my signature, there is no basis for this account to exist under my name.Since this account was established fraudulently, I request its immediate removal from my credit report and that any collection activity cease. If you cannot provide proper validation within 30 days, you are required to delete this account from my record and stop further collection efforts.Please confirm receipt of this letter and notify me of the next steps to resolve this matter.

      Atlas credit has been harassing me and my family for months. They been sitting in front of my house and more. ***** is rude and sits outside smoking cigarettes all morning. She hung up on my face while I was talking, very poor customer service. The whole office needs to go! No matter how many times I tell them what is going on, they keep trying to make me pay money I dont have to give. Im tired of the harassment l!

      I was contacted on the morning of 8/7/24. Someone from Atlas left me a message stating that I could refinance my loan and get 55 dollars back. I called back around 1 pm and spoke to ****. She told me I could refinance my loan but would have to pay 45 dollars. In the few years I've been with Atlas I've never had to pay to refinance. **** states the person that left me a message that morning is new. It's uncalled for to lie to one of your customers. They have also harassed the people that I put down as references by calling them constantly. They are not the one with the loan and they need to stop with the harassment.

      **** has been calling me and family membera every single day and has came by home 3 times! I have explained to her several times that I cannot pay right now because I have lost my car and home! She does not seem to care! She is more worried about herself getting in trouble then understanding a customers hardships!

      Atlas credit is reporting an incorrect balance on all of my credit bureaus. I have disputed the amount twice but they keep saying balance is correct. I have called and left voicemail at corporate headquarters but no one ever calls me back. I have verified my balance with the local Atlas Credit office in ******************* where I opened the loan several times and this is NOT THEbalance corporate headquarters is reporting. Also they are NOT reporting my balance every month.
