Stonewater did an excellent job of communicating before, during and after our recent roofing job. They handled all the details with the insurance company. Their personnel know their business. Their crew was very experienced and they had an on-site manager throughout the roofing process. They did what they said they would do. Quality job. Best of all, no surprises!

5 stars************************* is the man to go too, at Stonewater Roofing. He answered every question I asked and everything he said would be done, was done. The roofing crew did and excellent job installing the roof and a very good job, with the clean up afterwards. My roof looks real good, according to my neighbors, because the colors of my shingles actually match the color of the bricks on my house. Anyway, I will end this the way I started this, ************************* is the man to get in contact with at Stonewater Roofing, if you have storm damage or just need to replace or repair your roof, I'm glad I did. I hired Stonewater to replace the roof on my home. The work was done correctly and the job supervisors were knowledgeable. I have a problem with the billing because they are trying to charge me $26k for a roof that everyone else charge $12k to replace. They are even trying to get me to hand over another insurance payment that was payment to rebuild a separate structure on my patio and they did nothing to it. I had another company rebuild the patio and paid them but Stonewater wants that insurance settlement also. We are going to court over that. I do not recommend Stonewater to any of my friends. They do a decent job but they are way overpriced and dishonest.Stonewater Roofing

********************, it seems you received the demand letter from our attorney and instead of understanding and paying your balance youve chose to slander a company on BBB with false information. Your project total is $16,294.05 not $26k. The unpaid balance is $2,59920 and only for work that was completed. We did not charge you for the patio work as you described, only the shingles install where the patio used to be. The other patio work is shown on the invoice as work not doing which you have received multiple times. Weve fully explained the charges and balance multiple times, to include an email on 5/18 from our finance department. Ill leave that information here for you and all to review again. There has been a $300 attorney fee not added to your balance making it $2,899.20. Hopefully you bring better/accurate information to court than you posted here. The simplest way to resolve this would be for you to pay your balance due. Youre welcome to contact me directly if you feel there is an error or make the payment. ******************/Co-Owner ************. ******We finally received an updated report from ****** today with the patio cover added back into the claim! I have attached the report in case you did not receive it. The final balance due on your account with Stonewater Roofing is $2,599.20. Yes after looking at my final bill my original complaint was inaccurate as far as the final price. Maybe if your company wouldnt have sent me several invoices on the same job with totally different prices it would not of been so difficult to understand. The argument doesnt change, your company charged entirely to much for a three tab shingle that I could have gotten an upgraded roof for the same price. I waited months for my chimney cap to be installed and when I called about it the lady said it was never ordered. This took another 5 weeks to to be installed after I made the call. Your salesman told us that you would be the ones that deal with the insurance company and that we wouldnt have to deal with them and that was also not true. I had to contact them several times to get information for your company so that was inaccurate information from your sales guy and just used as a sales pitch. This is the same sales guy that was fired just before the job started so I had to deal with the ladies in the office that never seemed to be able to answer any of my questions. None the less yes I did come in and pay my bill in full but only after my lawyer advised me it would cost me more in court fees to go to court than just pay the inflated bill. I promise you that is the only reason it did not go to court. Businesses like yours that ***** the insurance companies for such a high rate are the reason it cost the consumer so much for insurance every year. In the future I will never use Stonewater for any repairs I need nor will I refer you to anyone. In fact I will steer anyone and everyone away from using Stonewater Roofing so they dont get gouged and overcharge the insurance company.C. S.

From contacting and using my new insurance company to speaking with a representative with Stonewater it was a smooth and quick response on both ends. Honesty, dedication and professionalism resulted in me being a very satisfied customer enjoying my new roof.
