4 starsThe sales representative appeared to be very thorough in explaining all details about what needed to be replaced on my roof. A few nails from ripping up the roof was found in my yard, call them and they came out to take care of the problem. However I did have to pay extra the insurance did not cover, but at least I got my new roof, a project now completed. ************ were respectful and professional.Review fromStephen S

As discussed on the phone, I have email record of you approving the chimney flashing repair on 9/16 by returning the signed estimate. Your exact words were Please schedule ASAP. I have a leak and any rainfall is a problem. To assist you, we moved forward with the signed estimate in lieu of a 50% deposit. Measurements were sent to order your top and bottom flashing for the chimney that day. Four days later, you emailed that you were putting in a claim with insurance to see if the whole roof can be done and had us out there the next day to meet the adjuster and assist with the inspections. The following week, we called to let you know the flashing was in for the chimney, and it was not until then you notified us you wanted to cancel as you have someone else doing your roof. You were given the price for the materials (roughly half of the repair costs) and that we would bring it by for your new roofer to install. Your name calling in your review will let everyone know how that conversation went leading up to his review. DONT go with this Roofing company. They are not professionals. They take 7 or more months to show up and they take even more time to fix incomplete problems . One side of my roof at the ridge line is one way and the other side is another way . It should be the same on both sides. But they would not fix it. My fireplace was also poorly done . I do not recommend this Roofing company for anyone. Please do your research.Stonewater Roofing

We are sorry to hear you did not have the experience most of our customers have. While we will take any and all feedback good or bad to better ourselves, I must correct a few elements of your review. This was an insurance claim which takes time. We received the first payment 5/17/22 and the roof was installed 7/12/22. That is right at 8 weeks vs 7 months. Our schedule is generally out 2-6 weeks depending on the time of year. In that time, we were working with your insurance company to ensure certain items like the chimney cricket were paid for. I believe you are referencing the valleys on your home vs the ridge line. We have come out multiple times at your request to rework the valleys for aesthetics. While they do look different than before, they are done properly. Most importantly, we've always answered the phone and did not blow off your concerns. Again, we are truly sorry your project took longer and there were items that were corrected.Stonewater Roofing
