    This company doesn't deserve any stars much less does it deserve to be in business with the lack of care and concern that have. They claim to follow the 3 p's (professionalism, Patience and People 1st) but during this most recent rain storm when my truck hydroplaned they not only lacked all 3 of things based off their actions it was clear to me what rule they follow and that's get the money and I do mean get it all. My total bill came up to ******* all they had to do was a tow. I was charged 800. for the towing fee and ****** for the rollback, ****** for a transfer fee and for THEIR inconvenience I was also charged an conv. fee of *****. On top of all of this the person that came out was extremely rude, didn't care and did everything he could do to make this entire process extremely difficult for me. Thankfully there were no other cars involved because I just can't see how he would've made the situation better with the way that he handle this entire situation. Imagine it pouring raining, you're stuck on the hwy and your worse enemy who hates the very mention of your name having to be the one to come and do his job and tow your truck. If you can picture that then you will be able to understand what it felt like for this driver to be the person to come tow your F150 truck. He treated me as if he hated me and he charged me the same, oh and might I add my toolbox was somehow missing when I picked my ruck up after they so rudely threaten to begin to guess what.... charge me more money for storage. May this be your WARNING to never ever use this company. I mean if it's the only company you can call I WARN don't call them. They are 3 things, cruel, heartless and selfish.
