Date of purchase October 8th 2023. I am getting the run around over returning insoles that I have a doctor's note saying they are insufficient. They claimed to help cure my feet and work with me with all these "custom" insoles they have. I tried exchanges and did everything they told me to do. I ended up needing to see a podiatrist because the "custom" insole they claimed would fix it, didn't and my pain was getting worse. I did have them two months, but only because I swapped them out 3 separate times and thought I'm getting a new insole each time so I need time to wear them to even see if they work. So stupidly I assumed they felt the same. How is it even possible to see if they actually help in a 30 day time frame with exchanges of different ones? I have been so patient and so hopeful that these would work. I am so disappointed. Only to be told I can have instore credit and that's it. Manager claims everyone is on vacation so maybe I'll hear from someone "higher up" in a week or so. I gave them an honest ****** review and got a call immediately. Only to be told he would personally fit me, but how does that fix my problem if my podiatrist literally said not to wear them, they are in his words "insufficient." I paid $1600... the ACTUAL custom insoles I need are $700. It ended up being cheaper to see a podiatrist and get insoles than deal with them. I feel so conned by just their verbage of "custom fit" not "custom insole". How can they do business like this to people in pain? It's sick. If they really care about helping customers they would help me get my refund to get the actual insoles that will help me rather than just keep my money.I just feel like the store needs to be more honest about how they can't really help everyone. That's a lie. There isn't an insole in there that would help me.Thanks,*******************

The Customer listed in the complaint has been issued a refund several weeks ago prior to any notice of complaint. The refund was processed the same day the product was returned into the store.

I am rejecting this response because:

I disagree with the wording used here. It makes it seem as if I was granted all that was requested. Yes, a refund was issued, but NOT a 100% refund. I accepted literally any amount I could get back out of desperation and fear I wouldn't be able to get anything back if I didn't comply then. The store still refused to let me return the entire purchase as in the shoes, basic flat black insoles, and some socks that were all pushed during original sell. I even brought it all in that day trying to return it all and you all refused.

Also, your store was notified the day I made this complaint and the BBB reached out atleast twice that I am aware of before you decided to ***********. This company continues to disappoint, even in this response.

    Regards,

Purchased a set of foot inserts from ********************** on 8/28/22. I was told I would be guaranteed satisfaction with results. I was educated on the anatomy of the foot, I was educated on what my foot impressions looked like and how to correct the issue, and told these inserts would realign my feet, hips, and back. I was then given a price and again told I would not be disappointed. I fell for the trap and purchased a $1500 package. I was going to use cash but was hassled several times by the sales person to use care credit, so I did. These supports are not making a huge difference, causing me pain, and a provider told me I was better off with foot inserts recommended by a podiatrist. These sales people are not qualified to sell inserts and say they are custom made and say they will work. No more than a foot impression was taken. I walked 20 feet in a pair of inserts and could not evaluate them without the sales person butting in. I was not told of the no refund policy until my credit card was ran. I attempted to follow up with the store and the sales person, *****, I worked with was not there, the sales lady was rude and I refuse to ever go back. I was told to use the inserts at least 30 days before I could fully benefit but you cant exchange after 30 days. Ive had little benefit from this product and think I was scammed. I want a refund. They should not be able to sell a product at this price without offering a refund. You cant determine if it works before you leave the store. I will dispute this with my credit card company.
