    Scam, I went for help with numbness in my feet, bought everything I was told I needed ($2500.00) on fixed income. Within a week I started having lower back problems to the point I stayed in bed for almost 2 weeks. When I finally figured out it was the inserts casing the problem I was told to stop using them until pain went away and come back for different type. I did then the new ones caused me more pain and the foot numbness got worse. Bruises started coming up on my feet and between my toes to the point I couldn't wear my shoes anymore, can hardly walk without them. The communication got worse so i ask me if they had cut me loose then i got a response telling me to wait for the pain to go away and it has not so I ask what we could do about returning them and now no response from them at all. Mow im suffering with back pain and my feet are so bad I cant even go back to wearing my old shoes. I hope this helps someone from making the mistake I did.

    I chose one star because 0 wasn't an option. Absolute waste of money spent $3000 between my husband and I both to get arch support and we are now 2 months out and both of us have worse pain than we started with. We are young adults with 3 children just trying to survive planner's fasciitis and I feel like this place robbed us of money. If they truly believed in their product they would have a money back guarantee or some kind of way to get your money back if it doesn't work it's a scam.
