5 starsI decided to install a pool recently. I researched a lot of equipment and sellers. I kept going back to Discount Salt Pool. I was impressed with their products, pricing, and warranty. I ordered a variable speed pump, typhoon prefilter, filter, and salt chlorine generator. Their products are top quality. Customer service is great and responsive. The tech support is awesome and quick to help and provide solutions especially when I ran into a problem created by my puppy! I am amazed at the clarity and low maintenance of my new pool using their equipment. I am very impressed.Review fromJohn S

5 starsGreat products, great service. Purchased Circupool Salt Chlorinde generator, Typhoon prefilter, and a 2hp variable speed pump. Water is clearer, and I backwash every 3 weeks, and only add Phosfree to pool. Chemicals are always stable. It's the best

I have owned a circupool salt generator for several years. This year when opening the pool the cell got broken. I called Discount Salt Pools about my problem. He immediately shipped me out a new cell. Well as things would go not knowingly Ihad control box problems. When the new cell was installed, it would run for a while and then kickoff. Again, I called discount pools and spoke with the technician. He was on the phone with me for an extended period of time telling me different things to try. Eventually, it was decided that I needed a new system. Discount pools let me return the cell I purchased and give me a discount on a new system! I do not write reviews and the discount on the new system is not the reason that I am writing this review. The genuine concern and friendly and helpful attitude that everyone that I spoke with at discount pools had is the reason for thi review. It has been a long time since I have had the customer service that I had at discount pools (it was like going to ***********). Discount pools/********** has been a real pleasure to work with.
