My last salt system didn't even last 3 years and found DSP online. They have a detailed page of nothing but comparisons of different companies and products, so I found Circupool had a great warranty and low replacement costs. Got my new system in and am happily making chlorine once again. Nice thing about this one is that the cell is clear, and you can see it working making the chlorine.

1 starI blame myself for purchasing a house with a pool and go figure my salt cell needs replaced the first year. I thought Id save some money and purchased the IC40 from discount salt pools and it worked for about 2 months. I payed to send it back and they told me nothing was wrong with it and I payed to have it shipped back to me. It worked for another two months and showed all red lights. I sent it back again and received a quote for $377 to repair and was told it is out of warranty. After countless unanswered phone calls and voicemails left I am $1200 dollars in plus the hundreds of dollars chlorinating my pool on my own since this never worked. The good news is I have become a chemist keeping my pool water from turning I suppose. Do not buy this or use this company as I am not sure I have had a worse experience as a customer. 5 starsI live in North Texas and had a new home built in 2018. I had a pool installed in 2021 and have been taking care of chemical and maintenance myself. This is not the first pool I have had but there have been issues with chlorine supply and rising costs for some shortages that are a waste of time. I made the decision to go to salt at the end of the season in 2022. I looked at the options and purchased a Circupool Core 35 in December 2022 to change my pool to salt when I opened it in 2023. I uncovered my pool on April 23, 2023 and after some minor cleaning added the required salt and made sure it dissolved. I balance the chemistry using liquid chlorine and removed my tablet feeder. I changed the return line to install the Circupool 35 on April 29 and turned it on at 25%, set the pump to run for 12 hours a day and we were in the pool the week of May 1, 2023. It is July 2, 2023 and I have not had to add anything except muriatic acid (pint about every 3 days) to lower pH. The Circupool system has made all my concerns chasing chemical balance go away and is very easy to use.
I made a follow up purchase of a Core Bypass top so I can remove my salt cell during the winter and run my filter when it is covered.

I have done business with Discount Salt Pools for over eight years. I recently had an issue with a 1 year old salt cell. I spoke with Sonny and he fixed my problem instantly. He replaced a faulty cell that was the problem. He didn't have to, but he did the right thing to service a customer, and most importantly KEEP a customer. In todays marketplace, it's hard to find companies that are honest, have integrity, and do the right thing for their customers. DSP sands out and I highly recommend doing business with them.Discount Salt Pool
