1st off there shipping is second to nobody.fast efficient.reasonable.i had a dispute with a tech rep.that I did not think it would be resolved.but all through the process,you could tell what kind of people they are.helpful and understanding! Then SONNY ADAMS GOT INVOLVED.HE TRIED TO CALL ME NUMEROUS TIMES.and he solved the problem.i don't think I would shop anywhere else for pool supplies.i had a good feeling about this company at first and I still do.people your making a mistake if you don't shop at discount salt pool. My review on ma 14 was not accurate ....my problem has been resolved fully.and i apolagise for jumping the gun with a one star review truely a 5 star company would definetly recommend.
5/14/23:i explained to dan that this part is not compatible with my system .and only works if the salt cell is put in upside down .he said would you like a refund or another salt cell i said a refund it the mean time i went out and bought a pentair cell which works fine .after i bought the cell he changed his mind and said he would not refund my money!he said send the cell in and we will check it .i said i guarantee you there is nothing wrong with the cell.but he made me pay for shipping to get the cell checked out anyway ...nothing wrong with it.now they wont send it back or refund my money....i have all text messages saying he would refund my money ..but have not heard from them in months!!!

Bought an OEM salt generated because my Pentair only lasted 4 years, OEM version lasted only 2.5 years until it had a cold water sensor failure. Per tech support no repair parts are available and they generously offered to resolve my problem by selling me a new unit at full price. Bad unit and pathetic service.Discount Salt Pool

Thanks for letting us know of your experience. I'm sorry we did not better convey our apologies but the warranty on the item purchased is provided by the manufacturer, not us or any other distributor. The track record on that particular cell is actually very good and a high percentage of customers get cell life two to three times the warranty period. Salt cells are wearable products and like the tires on a car, a great deal depends on the use, especially in the Arizona climate. There are several things anyone can do to maximize cell life and we would be happy to provide some guidance in the future.Review fromBarney E

5 starsFast delivery, great price, easy install, and helpful agent - I had a snag ordering when the form auto-filled, and the online chat agent was super helpful and friendly while we resolved it, answering my key questions.
I haven't powered up yet. I need do drain and fill - my chlorine cell has been out for a while and the tablets I used have stabilizer. I now have so much it can't be diluted. But I expect this will get me back in the easy salt pool life!Review frommichael b
