5 starsThe cast iron drainage system had completely deteriorated in my slab foundation. I was given multiple options for addressing this problem from Hobson where other companies only offered one solution. I believe I received superior quality results with timely updates and delivery. 1 starI normally do not leave reviews unless I can give a 5-star rating. However, I feel others should be aware of this experience to help protect the public from similar issues.I signed up for the ***************************** (in June 2023) with Hobson Air Conditioning / Comfort Experts, paying $20 per month as agreed. The contract stated that the company would contact me to schedule my 12-month service visit.When the ************************************************************************ it would be another six months before they could perform the service. I explained that this delay was unacceptable, as it would bring me halfway to the next scheduled visit. Despite this, they refused to provide the service they had billed me for and still continued billing me for a few more months.I then involved my attorney. The company did terminate my account and agreed to issue a refund if I signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). I agreed and asked that they send both the *** and refund check to my attorney. Neither the *** nor the check ever arrived.Unfortunately, by the time this process had played out, it was too late to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I am now out over $300not including legal ******* my experience, this company did not honor their contract or act in good faith. I was never contacted to schedule the promised service, and I did not receive the refund I was offered. I would advise others to proceed with caution.Review fromJon C

1 starhad plumbing gas leak on a propane tank. the work done by the technician did not fix the leak,and they charged me $1174.00. The propane gas provider did fix the leak, and told me I had been overcharged by at least half. The owner of the ********** came to my house and inspected the work. He asked me what it would take to make me satisfied, and I told him I would be happy to have $400 returned. I have not heard from him since, and now they will not answer my calls.I would have been happy if they had fixed the leak, but they did not.Review fromWilliam M

****, ***** and ****** were so great to work with. I will never even think of calling another A/C company for the rest of my life. Id also like to thank President ***** for my bank blessing me with a 12.9 interest rate even with having an 804 credit score.Hobson Air Conditioning

The tech came in and took 6 hours to do an inspection of my a/c units. My Upstairs and downstairs units worked prior to the visit only one worked after the visit. (Downstairs) all bedrooms are upstairs. ??The temperature was over 84 degrees at 8pm. No one was home to gauge how hot it was on this 105 degree day.Hobson Air Conditioning
