    Outstanding company! I was so impressed with the service ****************** performed on my A/C-Heating unit. He took time to show me every aspect of his inspection, and recommended things I could do to enhance the performance for my HVAC System. Absolutely great Service!

    My Ac went out so I called them at about 2pm that day and they started repairing it at around 6:30. I am very impressed with their technicians.

    Yesterday a Hobson Air Conditioning technician arrived to repair my Central AC System.He said that I need a whole new system because my compressor is drawing to many amps and because I'm low on refrigerant meaning I have a leak.I asked him how much to recharge my AC and he quoted $3000 for 7 pounds of refrigerant.Online I can buy 25 pounds of refrigerant delivered for under $300.The next day a salesperson showed up.He liked to talk a lot but wasn't good at listening.He refused to talk about the price gouging or technicians findings.He wouldn't let me talk and was frustrated when I brought BBB reviews to my wife's attention.He stormed out of the house rather than defend Hobson Air Conditioning BBB complaints.

    The sell you overpriced products with the bait and incentive being a so-called lifetime warranty. Then they breach that warranty without notice or explanation. They are without honor and are not to be trusted. Take it from me. Im into them for over $17,000.00

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! So I foolishly asked for the $69 TuneUp. I was not home but my wife was able to be home so they can do said tune up. Well they did the typical salesman tactic and scared my wife to thinking our AC could break any time and we needed to replace the capacitor, for a mere $282! Well the part is approximately $50 and anyone can replace it, but I was not provided that opportunity as they took advantage of my wife. Then want to say I need a safety switch on the condensate line? It has its primary and secondary lines which work just fine because I have made sure they do due to previous experiences with clogged lines. Then when I call to talk to a manager/supervisor, the lady who answers the phones just says she'll pass it on, but really won't or at least NO ONE will call back to make it right. Please do your research and do not use companies that will try and steal your money. All you have to do is look at the reviews here and even the previous lawsuit against them for similar events.
