1 starWill not be using Bridge City Dominoes ever again. We ordered an order online and paid for it, 20 min later I get a call from the manager advising system is down and we will not receive our order. I understand things happen. When requesting a refund, I was told to call another local number. When I called, no one answered so I called back to the store and was told they may not be in the office. I then said well how are you going to refund us? I was told that the district manager just told him to call people and give them the number! I asked him to call the district manager back and ask him how we are going to get our refund. He stated that he was not going to call the District manager back and refused to give us his name, so we have no pizza and no money!Review fromMa D

Incredibly rude lady at the corporate office. She was not understanding at all of my complaint. I never complain about food because I understand things happen, but Dominos is very misleading in their advertising. I started off the conversation very nice and calm, but her attitude and unprofessional was the worst. When I explained that to the lady at corporate, she was very argumentative stating well Ive had that pizza and it was fine. I understand things arent always what they seem in pictures, but if Im paying for it better be somewhat close. Instead of saying ok and either resolving the issue or not, she wanted to argue the pizza. It was the NY style pizza and while I understand ***** and ***** are not back there baking the pizza, I do expect it to at least be good if Im paying. Also, if Im calling in and being kind about the messed up pizza I paid for and youre still getting an attitude, you need a different job.

This lady called and we were not rude. We were explaining that she could have called the store the day she ordered and they could have taken care of her and explained how the NY style was made and refunded her for that pizza. Her complaint to us was it just wasn't up to her standards.Review fromMickey P
