    I was given wrong information by sales rep he pressure me in to signing a year long contract company does not stand behind their product rep used sales tactics even using his kid to call me *********************** quoted me wrong price, please stay away from this company

    I was told over the phone by their sales associate that I would be able to buy out for $300. The lady that I had this conversation with no longer work for the company and they said that they could not find this in the conversation that I had with her. I have been trying to cancel this account for 2 weeks and they will not return my calls nor respond to emails. Like I have stated to everyone that I have called " it is not beneficial to my company" and being a new business I cannot afford to spend money on something that does not show any return.

    I was also bamboozled into using this load board. I was contacted by ********************* and he said I was going to find loads over $2 a mile he knew what type of equipment I have. He even showed me a video of the load board and everything he was saying he was showing on the video. But once I signed up I was not able to reach him through email or phone, he just ghosted me. I watched the training videos and was left alone to learn how to navigate the system. What he promised is not true. He made a point to make me believe I was going to find loads for over $2 a mile with the equipment I have. He also said I would have direct contact with the brokers witch that is a lie, because when you call the brokers all they say is send an email and hang up. By the time I send the email and wait for a response the load is gone the brokers do not call back or email back. I was sold a lie. 3 weeks after I signed I started calling ***** and emailing him again to please call me back and nothing, no response from him. I really need help because all they say is let it go to collection but I am a startup business I can't start on the wrong foot with a collect. I was promised things that are true.

    I have a small business the sales team will call and call and call. The second I signed ul for a discounted rate I was told I would be very successful with booking loads and manage and run my small business. The second I signed up that was not the case, I have to work from a laptop and send mass emails to brokers to receive loads (which was not explained to me) I was sent an account manager and was told I cannot get out of the contract, as I made aware that what was told to me was inaccurate because I have a full time job while managing a business and that I could not sit at home an operate from a laptop and that the sales team told me its as simple as logging on and getting freight (loads) for my business. I have been reaching out to omnitracs llc for over weeks and no one will respond to me as I told them I no longer want this service due to the misrepresentation of the gray area of the contract which was not explained to me. I was told that its no way that I can get out of the contract, I told this the contract is not void due to things not mentioned that I was promised.I originally signed up 4/21/2023, received the system software (Sylectus) 4/28/2023 and havent been successful nor been able to receive any loads as promised. I told them 3 days after and yet and still no one responds to me and told me Im responsible for an annual bill of *******. I told them I do not want the contract and immediately after knowing this program doesnt work for me because I have a very demanding physical job and its impossible for me to sit home and navigate loads by sending mass emails. I feel like this was a fraud and no one from this complaint has assisted with discussing this matter to me while charging me for a service thats not useful and helping me to grow my business. One of the reps in fact told me if it dont work just cancel card and let them send it to collections. This company is unprofessional and will take your money and disappear
