READ THE FINE PRINT! I advise anyone who needs to find loads for their trucks to not use this company. I feel like they lied about the load availability and the pay and make it impossible to cancel.I inquired about using the Sylectus loadboard and was contacted by *******, who is one of the sales representatives. He sent me screen shots of the loadboard. You do not get to try the loadboard before you sign the contract. After signing the contract and viewing the loads that were available I realized the information that he gave me was false. I was told there would be many loads for box trucks in my area, but I spent many hours watching the loadboard and also took screenshots of the few loads that did pop up for box trucks. This was nowhere near the amount of loads I was told would be available for my type of work with box trucks. I was also told that if I'm not getting loads it's because I'm not trying hard enough to form relationships with the brokers. I was not able to use the load board at all and eventually gave up after over a month of searching for routes. I am paying $406/month. I decided not to cancel the contract at that point because as per the contract I would still have to pay for the whole year to terminate. I called Omnitracs/Solera to cancel my contract but NOT ONE PERSON would take my call. I left messages with a few of the sales **** and not one returned my call. I called the main line and was on hold multiple times for around 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, every time someone would pick up the phone they would immediately return me to the main phone menu. I sent an email, which is listed as a way to cancel with no reply. When trying to cancel by mail certified as per the contract you cannot send the letter certified because there is no certified mail in ******! Shouldn't a company operating in ****** know this? I just want to terminate the contract and stop paying for this service I can't and have never used but am seemingly unable to cancel.Initial Complaint

Since December 9, 2024, I have tried to have three (3) units removed from our account. First through the Omnitracs portal and then with ******* **, in the billing department. The first two units elicited a response from Mr. ** stating we were on a twelve-month contract and would need to pay a buy-out amount in order to remove the two units. I saw from his email that this allegedcontract commenced in November 2024. I asked Mr. ** to provide documentation validating this claim as we are downsizing and would NOT enter into a twelve-month commitment. He has yet to provide any proof that ******* acknowledged and agreed to this contract. I have also contacted Mr. ******** and have not heard back from him either regarding this last request to remove another vehicle as the determination made by Omnitracs states the request was denied. There is no explanation as to why the request was rejected and no one from Omnitracs is responding.We have been a committed customerof Omnitracs for well over a decade and have never experienced this level of frustration and sheer lack of communication from Omnitracs. In the past, when a fleet reduction request was submitted, there were no issues removing the unit(s) from our ********** agreement was ever made that we would auto-renew anything. Dear Sylectus Omnitracs am writing to formally request the cancellation of my contract with Sylectus Omnitracs This decision is based on a breach of contract due to the provision of false information regarding your business practices, which has significantly impacted my ability to secure any contracts for work on ******** platform also on emailing and calling companies Upon entering into this agreement, I was led to believe that Sylectus Omnitracs would provide accurate and reliable information about its business operations and opportunities. it has come to my attention that the information provided was misleading and did not reflect the actual conditions or opportunities available. As a result, I have been unable to obtain any contracts for work, contrary to the expectations The dissemination of false information constitutes a clear violation , thereby justifying the termination of our contractual relationship I kindly request written confirmation of the cancellation of our contract and any necessary steps I need to follow to finalize this process. Additionally, please ensure that no further charges or obligations are incurred on my part as a result of this cancellation.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to resolving this issue amicably and swiftly During my presentation with the sales representative, she demonstrated the software and showed me how to search for book loads for only ********** and local routes. She also said that I could bid and win loads from the platform. After I joined, I received an email from an account manager instructing me to attend a daily Zoom call that they have to show how the platform operates, how to connect with brokers to build relationships, and how to list trucks so that brokers can get in touch with you. However, I did all of that after joining, and none of it worked I emailing my account manager but she keeps instructing me to continue doing the same process its not working cancel contractInitial Complaint

I see a charge on my account from this business. Apparently for a contract. I did not authorize this. My bank card was stolen a days ago and I reported the matter to my bank. My identity may have been compromised too as I received an alert about it.Initial Complaint

On 8/5/24 I signed into a 1 year contract with ********** at a rate of $350.00 a month. I was told I would be booking my first load within a week and subsequently booking many loads after that. As of today, 11/3/24, I have not booked a single load utilizing their services. I have not been provided adequate support when I reach out. I am told to reference their support portal videos or daily new user webinars. Neither of which help. I was told I would have support with obtaining brokers willing to work with new ***'s. All I got was a list of brokers and how long it typically takes them to work with a new DOT. I was told to NEVER cold bid to a broker I am not set up with hence the small #'s of bids placed within the system by me. I was told to cold send carrier packets to brokers of which I have NEVER gotten a response. Any direction they ever provided me has not yielded any positive results.Initial Complaint

I desire to terminate my contract with Omnitracs. When I contacted support to find out what I needed to do, they told me my contract had been auto-renewed last September. Their load board is overly complicated and way too generic for my business I can't be on the road and searching for loads on their board at the same time I initially signed up for a 2-month promotion come to find out the contract that I signed was for 15 months I've used their product one time called them and told them I want to cancel because it's not what they told me it was I paid for my initial 2-month trial and that's as far as I wanted to go I do not want to pay $350 a month for the next 15 months for a crappy productInitial Complaint

July 30th, we got theft in the house. We got a bunch of documents stolen. We have recovered our emails and phone numbers.l as of August. On August 17th, we discovered the $10 to this company. I went through the email and discovered a bunch of emails from this company. I reached out to account manager mentioning we had identity theft and would like to resolve this. My name was used as a owner for **************** which I am not part of or affiliated with. This contract was signed based on voice confirmation. No ID was checked or social security for verification. The account manager is not willing to help me with thus. On the contract, my non-legal name was used. The physical address belongs to LLC, but not to me. Yet it was still used. How can you sign a contract without actually getting a copy of license or social security or some kind of identification that the person you are talking with are actually ******* this point I don't care about the $10 charge and just want to get this "contract" canceled. On their website they stated that Sylectus allows me to find loads for my trucking company. When they contacted me all my questions about their services were that it will be what I needed. I have their service for more than 2 months and I had sent thousands of emails and calls (dozens daily) and I had not found a single load. They say the contract is for 12 months and I have to pay even if I don't use it every month. I have screenshots where it says I will find loads of freights and I had not found anything. This company has misleading practices. I signed up with them under false advertising of their products and I immediately realized that it wasn't what was discussed prior. They didn't have the support they stated nor did they have the network they claimed. They want to charge for a service that isn't legit. I've never made any money through there service no one would respond to me. When I contacted support they didn't respond to my inquiries only when I stated I didn't want the service anymore they were only concerned with their contract and I didn't even use the service two weeks before realizing it was a scam and a waste of time.
