    I purchased tile from ******. The clerk gave me Aldana Construction as an installer. His quote was for $1200 for porch and $1200 to power was the patio. After he purchased the materials he said he figured the price wrong and it was $600 more for the tile. I gave him a check for $1400 (deposit). When he showed up he asked me to pay the rest in Cash ($1625) so he could pay his guys. The $1200 for the patio was to power wash, put acid on the paint stain (12 x 12 inches). He did not finish the job or clean up. He is not responding to my calls. The front porch, driveway and fairly new sidewalk has mortar on it. The patio looks worse than it did when he started. The acid made the paint run and there is a (3 x 4 FOOT) stain on it. I don't think ****** should recommend a contractor that would **** their customers. The complaint is for ********************, not ****** but I think ****** should know about it. I have used ****** for projects in the past they did a great job.

    Customer Called on Sunday October 27th and Monday 28th, while we were out of town.  I called her back Monday evening and went back Tuesday to correct any and all issues she had.  Customer was satisfied with job completion.  Please feel free to contact us with any other questions. **********************************

    Before I start, I have screenshots of all my text and phone calls to him. I sent him a text on Sunday, October 27 and asked him what time he would be out on Monday to finish up. He sent a text back,,,,8:30 and I replied Okay. Monday, October 28, he did not show up, so i sent him a text at 9:28 that said ,,, I have things to do today are you coming to finish up? Plus, I tried to call him a couple of times and it went straight to voice mail. At 10:29 I sent him a text that said I was filing a complaint with BBB and attached all the pictures. Still, no response and no answering my calls. On Tuesday, October 29, his guys showed up and waited for him. He showed up and told me he was at ************** ( not out of town) all day Monday and couldn't receive text or phone calls. He said he got home around 7:30 and he had over 700 text and emails. I told him I was awake at 7:30 and even if I wasn't he could have sent me a text telling me he was coming in the morning. I told him I wanted the grout washed off the front porch and the grout or mortar removed from the new sideway. He had his guys power wash the front. Also, I told him I was not happy with the patio. Hie told me is still wet and would look much better when it dried, I told him I have taken a picture everyday and compared them. It has not changed in 3 days. He had his guys put everything back on the patio.  It still has not changed or dried out as he said it would. I told him that I wanted a receipt or invoice and he said he would email me one. I told him I have a receipt that I use for my lease properties and he can come in and sign one of those and email me one with his business information on i as well. He signed my receipt but did not email me one as I asked. On Tuesday, November 12, he called me a couple of times and sent a text saying he had a house he wanted to list, please call him back. I called him and we talked about the houses. He asked me if I could have the BBB post taken down. I asked him if received a letter. He said he received an email. I asked him if he responded. He said no not yet. I told him I was still not happy with the patio and again he said... It will get better.
