  I had Aldana come out to give a bid on exterior work on my home. He showed up when scheduled and produced a bid in a timely manner. After discussing my list of interior projects, I scheduled him to meet to bid on interior renovations. Oscar did show up as scheduled, however he stalled me on producing a bid for interior work, each day telling me I would have the bid in my email by end of day, or by 10 a.m. etc., etc., etc. I asked him if failure to produce bid was due to him not wanting the job or conflicting schedules to prohibit being able to. He assured me that was not the case and promised I would get the bid ASAP. He never produced this bid, and this caused me to be behind in my deadline by 3 weeks with my bank. Even with letting him know I had a deadline, he still strung me along. I would have understood had Oscar simply let me know he was too booked, not interested or not capable of the project. I am however very disappointed that he would knowingly lie and make false promises that would cause a dominoe effect on having material quotes expire and now higher than it would have been had this stalling not taken place.

  This is the second time ***** ****** has done work for me. The first time was when he replaced my roof because of hail damage. His estimate was fair. He does the work fast. ***** also was the only roofer who ever corrected the problem I had with a leak over the flat part of my roof.
  This time ***** repaired a hole in the soffit/fascia. Again, the work was done quickly. I also asked him to give me an estimate for giving my screen-in porch a face-lift. The work was done quickly and professionally. His work crew is outstanding. They are friendly, courteous, and considerate. When I say that ***** works quickly I mean that he comes prepared. All of the work was completed in two days. It's exactly what I wanted. I asked ***** to put about four feet of gutter and a downspout at the side of the patio where I was getting water damage (I paid extra for that, naturally). ***** also did some very small jobs I asked him about while he was here (I had a French door that would shut properly and a gate that wouldn't shut properly). He's always accommodating and he gets the job done. I texted him this morning that his crew had forgotten to finish off part of the screen. They were out within the hour to fix it. He's got my business from now on.
