12/19/24 I placed what I thought was an order for 4 shirts for $69.90. What I got was 2 shirts for $69,90 with prices tags on them that say $17.98.They just admitted they are not part of bucees but that does not give them the right to price ***** and they are not willing to refund me the difference. i would like everyone to know that Texas Snax is not affiliated with ****** and are scamming people I will let everyone I know on social media as well. This is not ok and not good business practice for items that are in season and readily available.

Some customers are content with paying the markup, while others express genuine curiosity, and a few are outright upset. We want to address this question and clarify why our prices are as they are.
Before diving into why, the first thing to understand -- and this is very important -- is that we are not Buc-ee's, H-E-B, or any other brand that we resell. We are a reseller. We have a disclaimer on every page that says this, and we make it clear on our home page as well.
If you have discovered that we are attempting to make a profit through comparing the price of the retail tag on your item to the cost that you paid us, and this has upset you; we invite you to meet us at the store next time, and we can all go shopping together.
Note that we used to remove the tags, but that had its own set of problems (even though it prevented folks from complaining). So it's a tricky situation to be in one way or another as a business. Go check out what people have had to say over at the BBB if you want to feel more emotions on the topic.
While we won't delve into a complete breakdown of our markup, there are several costs associated with running our business that you may not have considered. These include:
      Wages for our team
Shopping and moving goods to a warehouse
      Having the warehouse
Software to keep the warehouse organized
      Taxes to keep America great
      Insurance if something goes wrong
      Processing fees for reliable transactions
At the end of the day, we greatly appreciate the patronage of all our customers! By choosing to purchase from us, you are not only getting the convenience and reliability of our service but also supporting small businesses. Companies like ours account for over 50% of jobs in ******* and play a vital role in driving local economies and communities forward.
We encourage you to continue supporting small businesses like ours and others in your area. Your contributions make a real difference, enabling us to grow and provide you with exceptional service. Thank you for your understanding!

I am rejecting this response because:  nothing was done? What am I supposed to accept or reject?

I honesty thought this was the Buckees website and that the shirts actually cost $34.95 - ok fine its a specialty item, but when the merch comes in with different prices on the tag, that is not ok. You need to put your own tag on merchandise since you are reselling it. Making people feel scammed is not ok.I did disputed this with my bank. Please dont fight the dispute so I can be refunded and Ill close this case.

We want to reiterate that Texas Snax is a legitimate third-party reseller. This information is clearly stated throughout our website. We prioritize transparency and strive to provide our customers with authentic merchandise in its original condition.

Leaving tags intact on items is standard practice for reputable resellers to ensure the authenticity and quality of the products we offer.

We are very disappointed by your accusation of fraudulent activity.

June 29th 2024 ordered a fourth of July t shirt and 4th of July stuff animal. To make sure the gift for my wife arrived before the 4th I paid extra for shipping. We received a pink hoodie 2 sizes to small. Contacted seller immediately and was told a replacement order be expiteded to arrive on time. Also sent a return label to mail hoodie back. Never heard back until July 6th after I reached out for an update Was told item out of stock and yet still no refund or any updates. I've already return the hoodie.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect order shipped to ****************. Due to an order fulfillment error, the correct item was sent to another customer.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to replace the item as it is out of stock. We are awaiting the return of the incorrect item from the other customer to rectify the situation.

As a temporary resolution, we have issued a full refund for the order. We understand this is not ideal and assure you that we are taking steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

The customer has provided images of goods that we do not carry at our facility and could not have shipped. The package was delivered to them in a timely manner and they are creating a fraudulent complaint. They are insisting we send them another package due to this error, but as their fraudulent report is easy to spot, we have refused.

It's been more than two weeks since Texas Snax provided tracking information for an item I ordered, and it still says "label created." When I reached out, they told me they cannot process a refund even though it's clear that nothing has been shipped. For the past three days I've emailed back and forth with their customer service account regarding this problem. There's been no resolution or explanation of what's going on.

At this point, I can only conclude that Texas Snax is a scam since I've 1) paid for product that I haven't received and 2) they're unable to provide me with any information about what's going on.

Note that their website says orders are shipped "Monday through Friday from Dallas, TX" and once it ships, "it usually arrives in 1-4 business days."
