There is no way to contact them. We got a TEXT about a bill due. No way to contact them. No numbers. Called IHC and were given a number. IHC 'transferred' us to them, and we were on hold for over 2 hours, with no answer, just music. Called the number IHC gave us for them and when they finally answered this time, we were told it wasn't them.

I am trying to decide if this is a scam? I called North Valley ***************************** said when you go to the *** you have to pay the dr. **** was the doctors bill. I asked what doctor and they said "The one on call". I paid partial $150, but now I feel like a fool, thinking this is fraud. I will call IHC tomorrow, because I am paying their bills for the ** visit. SO bugged!

My wife and I are getting threats of a bill, going to collections, that showed up months after our visit to the ** in ****************. The bill states that our insurance didn't cover any of the bill and don't include the payment we made the day of the visit, which we used insurance for. This is insane! What's the point of going to these **'s if our insurances aren't even able to help us with these aftermath bills of bogusness!

Not sure if this is a scam. I've never heard of them and every time I researched North Valley Phys it referred me to Intermountain. I'm already paying $800 to Intermountain for a 30 minute visit to the *************************************** room. Out of the blue I get a text saying I'm late on a $270 payment to North Valley Phys (on top of the $800 to Intermountain.) I'm writing this review while on hold with a 45 minute wait time. If the *************************************** room would of told me my upfront cost I would of walked away.... The worst part is now I'm left to deal with the predatory practices of North Valley *********************
