Non-existent customer service. I order a box of bars 3 weeks ago, shipment has been at a location for over a week and keeps getting delayed. I have emailed them, waited a few days then sent a message on their website. Waited a couple more days and messaged them again. They never respond. This company doesn't care if you don't receive your shipment. I don't even want a refund, I just want what I paid for. I've bought their bars in store before and I really enjoy them, however, after this I will never purchase from them again. They stole $30 from me and can't even be bothered to respond. Does anyone work in their customer service department or do they just ignore all messages? You're already paying for shipping, why do you need to pay for insurance on the shipping? That's because they use a ******************* shipping company that has no backing. How are they still in business?

Be forewarned, if you order from them, you might not receive you order.I ordered Built Bars on April 1st. It's now April 18th and the tracking has said that it has been in my city since April 7th. It says estimated delivery April 11th. If these are just sitting in a hot warehouse in southern *****, I'm not even sure if they'll be any good.I have let customer service know 3 times, and they haven't done anything but say let's hope they arrive and "I'll contact them" but there hasn't been any resolution. I thought it was strange that they had the option for 'insurance' for buying these protein bars. I think it's a way to put the onus on the customer when their product doesn't arrive. I might be out the $30.

Several issues with this company 1. Underweight bars seriously open the box and weigh each one.2. Horrible customer service I ordered brownie ***** no chunks when I called customer service they essentially called me a liar saying they're blended into the bars. I cut the bar into thin slices no chucks. 3. ***** from ambassador program encourages lying to customers as your banded should you say anything negative about the company or admit you don't like a product. They do taste awesome but sorry can't support a company with such poor customer service
