    This is the worst shipping company ever. Please stay away from them. Our second experience with them. Same problems. Picked up our box October 2021 from ********, **. It did not get to Tonga until April 2022. The only excuse they have, "It's stuck in *****." Why is it so hard from them to be honest? It only takes 4 wks from ********** to Tonga. Tonga Ofa Ki Tonga takes months and a lot of people are complaining. I have nothing good to say about them but please, stay away. They are lacking professionalism and honesty. From my research, they advised their respresenatives in different states to not give out dates of arrival in Tonga to their customers. They would pick up customers boxes, bins, etc... and haul their containers to other locations (states) to be filled up with others customers merchandises and Lord knows when and how long that would have taken to be filled before even schedule a date to be shipped to Tonga. You can track your shipment online via the ******* website but Tonga Ofa Ki Tonga would never provide you with that information because they don't want you to know when your box ACTUALLY left the US for Tonga. My fingers are running out of strength typing this complaint. You get the idea. Please find a different shipping company. One more thing, they registered under "Domestic" but are doing business "Internationally?" Something's gotta be done.

    To answer your complaint.   

    Why do you keep shipping thru ** if you complaint on the first shipping? 

    -You know we are the one that you can afford. You know there is also other companies that send boxes to Tonga but you did not send thru them.

     

    YES - We did picked up your box on October BUT we did tell you before that we do picked up 2 weeks before vessel depart from L.A cause we need time to do the pick up and load into the container and time for the truck to pull the container to L.A.

    YES - All vessels that goes to Tonga from *** is transhippment in *****.(Changes in Arrival time to Tonga can also happen in *****). There is no direct Vessel from *** to Tonga.

    Our job is to pick up your box from your house in ******* and load into the container in *******. Then the truck pull the container from ******* to L.A if the container is delay from *******, we have nothing to do with it, that goes to the trucking company  that pull the container that is why we are DOMESTIC. From LA to Tonga is a different company and they are INTERNATIONAL SHIPPMENT. So we are the 3rd party.

    TIME OF ARRIVAL - Time of arrival to Tonga is always different, it never on Time. The time that is given to us about every container we filled is just an ETA(Estimated time of Arrival). BUT, we always let our customers know that time will also changed if there is a delay. That's excatly what happened. 

    This container depart from LA on the last vessel of November 2021. Should have arrived in Tonga on January 2022 but NOT due to unexpected Tsunami and Lockdown(Covid) that happen in Tonga for months. If you would have watched or listen to what the Custom CEO said in Tonga -  that all Shippment from *** is Offload in ***** until further notices.

    That is one of the reason your box takes longer to reach your family.

    1 - Did we know that there would be a tsunami? NO

    2 - Did we know that everything in Tonga will be closed or Lockdown because of Tsunami and Covid? NO

    3 - Did we picked up your box as we promised you? YES

    4 - Did we load your box into the container as we promised you? YES

    5 - Did your box makes it to Tonga safely? YES

    6 - Was there any damaged  happen to your box when it gets to Tonga? NO

    7 - Was your box stolen or something missing when it gets to Tonga? NO

    8 - Was your family happy to receive the box in Tonga after the Tsunami and the Covid Lockdown? YES (They appreciate it and tell the workers in Tonga that it was just the right for the box to get there in time of needs)

    9 - Did we offer you more than you expected? YES, Pick up your heavy box was free, other companies that you know off, they want you to deliver your box to them.

    We always try our best to lower our price to fit in with yours and our budget. Other companies they DON'T.

    Sorry if you are not satisfy with our service but you should have called us, cause we appreciate any feedback that comes from our customers.
