We shipped a box to Tonga with this company back in February of 2022. We paid over $800 shipping to this company for our box (which has thousands of dollars worth of contents) and as of June 29th, 2022 still has not been released to our family in Tonga. We are now being told by Tonga Ofa Ki Tonga's representative in Tonga that they have not been paid to release the box(es) of us and other people and so the boxes are being auctioned off. We are irate and have tried to call and text the company multiple times with no response. We expect better when we are trying to send disaster relief supplies (remember that volcanic eruption that happened near Tonga in January) including food, water, and basic necessities to our family.

Hi *****,Sorry for not answering you back but I always called back when your load gets into Tonga. Yes, you did shipped a box with us that we picked up in February send to LA to shipped to Tonga in March. It doesn't take 4 weeks to get to Tonga because ALL container from US to Tonga is Offload in ***** or transshipment from ***** to Tonga. It's a little vessel that picked up the load from ***** to Tonga. ETA to Tonga always changes in *****.There is NO AUCTION going on. I was told from Tongan Custom that all containers from US to Tonga in 2022 is not auction off. The only container that is going to auction is the one from previous years and the crates that are still standing at there warehouse in Tonga. So, none of our container is in it.I do apologies ***** for this misunderstanding. I also contacted the lady in Tonga and she blames it on her daughter. It's all our fault for giving you information that makes you confused. I was also confused when I hear the story about our container being auction out. But when I contacted straight to ***************** they told me about it. So, I wasn't to worry. Again, Apologies from side. I usually answer email. I did get your email and I did reply back to you but I'm not sure if you did receive it.Thank you
