In early July 2024 I attended a seminar put on by Vacation Offer and was convinced with false information to sign up at the rate of $63/month. At the seminar the speaker/host spoke about the amazing services and discounts they offer for travel and how streamlined their team was in coordinating travel. I was offered "bonus travel points" that I was told I could use towards flights and hotels, I was told I would get 2 free one-week stays at condos across the US. They ended up convincing me to sign up by offering 2 free travel bonus gifts which they assured me that I could use to take my daughter on vacation (she is 16 years old) and turns out you can only use to travel with 21 years of age or older. I tried to set up a 7-day stay in Hawaii with my daughter and they said I had to pay $200 in dues first but would have only ended up saving around $200. They transferred me to my "concierge" who I couldn't even communicate with due to a language barrier. I called today to explain how complicated and unhelpful this service has been and requested to cancel and get a refund if possible. They told me I signed a contract to pay $63/mo from July 2024 - November 2025 and they would not provide a refund nor would they cancel my membership. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said she is the supervisor. I then said I signed a contract that was based off lies and therefore should not be valid. She continued to say "this cannot be canceled, I can send you a copy of your contract." I then repeated the contract should not be valid because what they promised was untrue. I let her know that I would be reporting her to the better business bureau. The $756 I'm disputing is for the last 12 months that I have paid $63/mo = $756.Initial Complaint

I purchased a travel package on 4/2/2025 and canceled that purchase less than 24 hours later. The package came with a cancelation timeframe of 3 business days. I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card. Now, it has been accruing interest for 2 months. I have called no less than 15 times and every time I call, they say that my refund has been approved and is waiting for accounting to process it. Today I called and was informed that they are unable to process any refunds due to "system issues". There is no timeline for a resolution. Please help. I had paid taxes only for a vacation offer won by a local Rv and bike show, I paid, and read other reviews on this “company” and called back to request a refund. Their computers have now “been down” since March 2025. They are just using this website to scam people.

We recently attended a presentation hosted by Vacation Offer Travel Club on April 5, 2025. At no point during either the group presentation or the individual consultation were we informed that the travel credits awarded with membership could only be applied toward hotel stays, or that only a limited number of credits could be used per reservation.
Upon finally accessing the portal, it became evident that many of the promised benefits do not exist or are grossly misrepresented and were a deceptive sales practices.
We believe this constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and potentially fraudulent marketing practices. Furthermore, we were not permitted to view or access the booking platform until after the purchase was completed, and access was not granted until three days post-purchase.Initial Complaint

I purchased a package and decided I didn’t want it so I called and cancelled on March 4, 2025. I was told on March 4 I would receive a refund within 5-7 days.

We would like to cancel our package and be refunded the $876.00 that we paid not sure if the $10.00 processing fee would be refunded for a total of $866.00. We are within our 14 days so please refund. When trying to book what we was originally told wasn’t what was said when trying to book. Again, please cancel and refund.

I have called several times and will try again today. However, I still haven't received my refund. I should have seen the refund over a week ago.
If I don't see the refund within the next couple days I will be doing a chargeback with my bank and processing a complaint with the BBB.

This is a scam website. They trick people into booking a hotel room at a cheaper price. After they charge you they add a 500$ fee. There is no small print or any information stating that you will be charged more money. When i called customer service she laughed at me and said they were going to charge me more money. I had to cancel my card and my credit card company says they've tried charging my card several times. This website needs to be taken down or they will continue to scam countless people.Initial Complaint

March 14, 2025. VO travel club program guaranteed members wholesale or discounted rates for travel, i.e. flights, hotels, car rental, etc. I deposited $1500 contingent upon signing up with my daughter to meet minimum requirements, and will be given immediate access for trial. Rep stated we must meet income requirements to qualify. It is all false advertising, misleading and untrue. It’s a scam. Tour is in Orlando, FL and the company is based in Utah. Tried to access the website, however the website led to only one page, the sign-in page, which I didn’t have access to until a day after. Called the only number provided and was given a password to access it. There are no discounts or ‘benefits’ as advertised and promised by the representative. Total misrepresentation. The rates were/are above those on the internet and very limited access to everything. Nothing works, no discounts, absolute lies. A total scam. I’m a disabled veteran with a monthly income of $3800 and unemployed. Alone I do not qualify for the program. When I contacted the company the following day (Monday 14th), I was met with aggression and told that under Utah law where the company is based, there’s no refunds, even if I didn’t qualify for the program initially, then she rudely hung up. I get the same individual every time I call back. This is fraud. I’m in Orlando , FL and there’s no one to contact in person for help and to return my payment as initially promised. I contacted the initial rep on Saturday 15th, and she keeps telling me she can’t get in touch with anyone.Promised my money back if I couldn’t qualify and is now meeting resistance being to there’s no refunds. Qualifications are minimum income of $5000 per month, not work in the travel industry, and be single.Initial Complaint

I genuinely had the worst experience with VacationOffers. They give you a price assuming you won’t read the fine print and then have to attend a 90 minute “meeting” while you’re on your vacation. What they forget to mention (or know a majority of people won’t read) is if you don’t attend the meeting, you’re responsible for a $300 no show fee. We had a very unfortunate experience at the Stratosphere hotel in Las Vegas- a hotel they partner with. There were gun shots across the hall, the plumbing backed up in our sink leaving someone’s else’s hair and our belongings SOILD. We were filing a police report when we were supposed to be at this “meeting”. When explaining the situation to them requesting a refund for the $300- they said all they could do was offer $125 back. This experience was no fault of our own. They refused to let me speak with a manger when asking and would rather shut you down then follow their customer satisfaction policy. They offered me to attend another “meeting” 2 HOURS AWAY FROM ME! Shame on the company for putting money over customer satisfaction and safety. Save yourself a headache and book through someone else.
