    I was promised a refund 6 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. For 2 weeks they promised my refund was on the way but for the last 4 weeks I can't get then to return an email or a phone call. Horrible people that are out to scam money out of hard working people

When we issue a refund it normally takes 2-4 days from it to be debited from our account and deposited back into your account.     They took the money from my card,but did NOT send me the digital books i ordered.Per mail,they said that the payment never went through. Whitch is a blatant lie!Spy and survival briefing my a.. This is just another online scam!

    You can't get a hold of them during business hours. If you can't trust them to answer the phone when you call support and get their web site correct and purchasing correct then how can you trust them with your identity protection?

    I'm sorry to hear that you were previously unsuccessful in reaching our customer support department; we had two people out sick last week which slowed the department down. I see that one of our reps returned your call on Friday and cancelled your orders and refunded you for each order as you requested. As for the Identity Protection that comes with our memberships, we've hired an outside company who specializes in this field. We're never given any information that our customer provides to them. I'm sorry that your experience with our company wasn't a pleasant one.

    I started a membership and feel I have recieved nothing but e-mails telling me of products I could buy. I have been charged $82.24 three times now and had to cancel my bank card as I got no response from the company. I am not happy and my wife is etremely upset with me, I don't need that. I want all of the money back and am not sure who even runs this company as I have tried e-mails and phone calls but get no response.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to reach us. I see that we did receive your emails and have been replying. We help you login into your account when you asked about it on 09/26/22 to gain access to your account. Did you receive that email? I also see that we cancelled your membership per your request, on December 1, 2022. We even issued you refunds on the 1st for all three payments that you had made. I am wondering if our replies have been ending ** in your spam folder. Please let us know if there is anything we can do further.

    I have purchased items from spy briefing in the past with total satisfaction! However ! I purchased a two mre meal kits and one soup kit on August 19 2022 for $632.00. I received the soup kit but not the meals! I have left ******************************************************************************************** stolen. They retured one call and provided an invalid tracking number. I spent $26.00 to send them a letter by priority mail explaning my delemma with no response. They have continually ignored my voicemails and emails!! Their customer service is almost nonexistent!

    Do not use your credit card or debit card if ordering from this company. Just looking over my bank statements and on one day 6/15/2022 they charged me $591.75 and then another charge on my card for $83.02 on 7/13/2022, nearly a month later for a total of $674.77. I did not make a charge on that later date.Just discovered this today and have not been able to contact them, although I did contact them last month about charges I did not make. I do not have the last statement yet from my ************* and perhaps an adjustment has been made, but I was shocked to see I did not have my statement for ***** it disappeared as i had company at my home who was not trustworthy. So I just saw that 10 charges were made on that one date 6/15/2022. Actually I cancelled all charges but did not have this total. Be very careful as this is the second bizarre charges if you order from them. I actually have one item possibly from this business, and have not opened it. Beware of using your card. If so then check it with the bank to assure the charge is correct, but then there was another charge one months later.I have no phone number on my statement to contact this company and need to find a contact phone, or email. I am shocked and not sure how they going to explain this.

    I do see that you've purchased a lot from ** on 4 separate occasions, the most recent was on August 18th. Do you think someone stole your credit card and used your address and email address when placing the order? If so, you may want to cancel that card. I have cancelled the membership you signed up for on June 15th and issued you 2 refunds of $83.02. I also see that you reached out to us on July 29th to cancel all of the orders placed on July 29th. Those were cancelled and refunded. But I don't see any notes that you wanted to cancel any orders placed on June 15th. Please let us know exactly what you'd like cancelled either by phone at ************ or by email to ***********************************
