  1. The results quickly fade, even when using their at home care products.2. The sales pressure is over the top and makes customers feel uncomfortable.3. The before/after photos they provide you are so obviously filtered to exaggerate the improvement that it's comical.I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this business.

  Hello, just to let you know that this company is not operating in good faith. I initiated a refund over 2 days ago and they keep telling me that someone will contact me within 24 hours. This company is running a special for $99.00 get your teeth pearly white. NO this does not get your teeth white on first visit. They also say appointment takes 1 hour, not true more like 2 hours. NO local facility in *****, *****. FOLLOWING REFUND INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT LIGIT! DON'T BUT INTO THIS.

  THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!! This whole company is fraudulent and shady to say the least. I was an ambassador for them and they reached out to me via Instagram. I signed up for a membership And had tried to cancel back in April twice After Doing research on the company and having my own negative experiences. It doesnt take much to find dirt on this place! They have been charging me $100 a month under My nose since then after having confirmed cancellations! They have taken $500 for me and refused to give it back. They gaslight you into thinking that it was your error. They ask for proof, even though its in their system that you canceled twice. Ive canceled once in person and the second time Online. Its like pulling teeth to get these people to refund you. I still havent gotten my money back! Not to mention the insane sensitivity Ive had ever since this Company. The light they use on your teeth, hurts your sinus, and your jaw so bad Even though they say, the process is painless! Im not the only person this has happened to! Before I signed up for the membership, I told them I was dyslexic and if theres anything important, I need to know it needs to be read out loud to me. They told me there was nothing. They used that against me! Please save yourself money and pay and avoid this company at all cost! Like I said, Im not the only person this has happened to!

  I have recently quit working for We Whiten, it was the most unpleasant experience of my life. They gaslight you into thinking youre wrong or crazy, they change everyones hours on MyTime which is our system used for clocking in and they dont tell you they do so. This company is super shady and they say whatever they have to to make themselves look good. They contact bad reviews and either offer them something to take it down or threaten to *** (thats what they did to me) the worst company to work for. They keep all of their employees separated so no one talks about how they are being mistreated. They intimidate employees into coming to work sick and never tell you what the consequences are if you dont show up due to a fever. Its like a fight to get any little piece of information out of them, every conversation they never answer the questions you have. If you want to dedicate your entire life to a company for $12/hr and responding to messages and doing meetings off hours without getting paid then this is the job for you, but for those of you that care and dont want to be an expendable to them then dont work here.

  We hold our employees to a high standard, and as this former employee mentions, those with lower standards may not enjoy working for us. Employee was dishonest as well in regards to her hourly pay. Former employee averaged $25+ per hour during her short time working for us in a part time role.

  The service to get you in the door is wonderful, the service once you get in the door is even better, the best part is super white teeth! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP! I've been trying to cancel for one week and have been ignored, they take a long time to reply and when they do they reply with short sentences. One week later, my problem is still not resolved. It seems like the thing they most value is access to continue charging my credit card

  This is a criminal enterprise. They use an amber filter on the before photo, and a blue-violet filter on the second photo. In addition, I published an honest review on Google, and the owner responded with straight up lies!!! That is ANOTHER crime on top of the initial fraud.

  False advertising. Their advertising claims "painless!" It's not painless. The procedure was painless, but afterwards I suffered extreme pain. The pain wasn't just from sensitive teeth. The pain was deep into the bones of my jaw and into my sinus cavity. They claim their product is organic? Really? Clearly not. I don't know what toxin they use in their products, but if this was truly an organic/safe product, I would not have suffered so much pain.Then they wouldn't give me a refund on the sealed whitening kit that I bought from them. Why would I want to keep a product that inflicted so much pain? I hadn't opened it. It was still sealed, and they wouldn't give me a refund.Stay far away from this so-called company.
