    Very shady company. We did not want to have a contract anymore, after 5 years we had fully purchased the equipment but we didnt get any discount. We decided to cancel our contract shortly after this because we had an alarm and they called us 45 minutes later.(we were 2 hours from home) After we canceled they charged us 2 full months because of when we cancelled. We tried calling Sept 2 (closed) , then I spoke with someone the next day who told us to call Sept 6. That person said they needed it in writing. After two monthly payments were taken out we received an email which stated ..Management completed the review on our account Oct 13. It was decided the October payment fell within the 30 day review and they would not be refunding. If I cancel something , the only review that matters should be mine.

    We are extremely happy with our Fluent security system. We have had service with them for almost 5 years and could not be happier. ***** from Fluent called us today as a courtesy, and to make sure everything was good, and to see if we had any questions. That is something you hardly ever hear of anymore. Thank you ***** we appreciate you.

    ************* did a wonderful job was very helpful and thorough with explaining things. He went above an beyond to help me feel at ease with the system. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone.

    Same problem as ********************. I contacted Fluent to upgrade my systems on three occasions. No call back. Cancelled system. Fluent acknowledged cancellation in an email but are still taking out funds from my credit card. System was deactivated two years ago and replaced with reputable provider.

    This is one of the worst companies I have ever used and dealt with in my life. I cancel my services over 2 years ago. Now they are starting to withdraw money from my account. They said it's because I didn't cancel my services. If that were true why have they waited 2 years to withdraw money from my account and not contact me. I did everything they told me to do. Someone should really look into this company because they are s******* customers out of money

    Courteous friendly and concerned representative, knowledgable, thorough and efficient. He replaced major component of the system, verified all components were functioning and trained us on use and operation of new control panel.
