      The amount of documentation this company requires for validation of medical expenses is absurd. I was required to submit receipts bc I used my flex benefit card to pay a HOSPITAL bill and a DENTAL bill! What else would I pay for at a hospital or a dentist?! Its extremely frustrating to say the least! Its unfortunate that my employer changed our benefits and now we are required to use this companys poor services. I would NEVER willingly do business with this company if I had a choice!

      ******** did not care to explain to me at all what I was signing up for. $53 down the drain. I signed up for dependent care not knowing it was only for child care not doctors pharmacy etc. this was not mentioned when I signed up for the account and I called and spoke to someone and they made it seem like it would be approved for doctors. Highly dissatisfied and felt like my own company wasnt looking out for me. My kids are 11 and 12 years old too old for daycare

      This company deserves a zero star rating. They will not accept any receipts given from your doctor and reject everything that is submitted. I have spent hours on the phone back and forth with my dermatologist trying to figure out exactly what is needed. They have sent me many detailed receipts that are rejected. This company tells you that you are responsible for paying them back your own money? ********** of a company. Will NEVER use this service again!

      They are literally stealing my money! The company I work for keeps depositing my monthly allowance for reimbursement but I never get the money deposited in my account. I called the retirement services department of my employer of 40 years and they said theyre getting a lot of complaints about Via Benefits. They said they would call them and straighten things out but this month again I was not reimbursed. Their costumer service people are either totally unqualified or scammers, I honestly cant figure out which it is. My Gid.

      My 92 years old mom had $600+ in insurance claims and I submitted in Dec. 2024. My mom received the check, but accidentally clipped the bottom of the check when she opened it. I requested VIA Benefits to cancel the check and re-issue on Feb. 10, 2025. They said they would reissue the check within 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks later, still never received the check. No they are asking me to resubmit the claims. This is unacceptable! Terrible customer service.

      My mother was talked into VIA insurance several years ago. She had accrued 17K in benefits, and we only found out about it in February. Mother passed in September. Anyway, after learning of it, we were told by an employee to send a partial list of forms. (According to them, we have a 6-month window of claiming funds.) Well, after no response, my sister called multiple times and finally got someone who said they had no forms, and no one contacted them. I have just resent all required documents. Those people are saying opps, too late...no money after 6 *********'s not legal to withhold benefits...

      I requested reimbursement which never came through and had to call repeatedly. One of the reps ******** told me to withdraw funds and she would cancel the claims. The claims were not cancelled and I got paid twice and have to account for both of the payments which I cannot.

      Via Benefits is holding on to money for which I should receive a payment. Everything looks correct on my account, but they refuse to send me a payment because "we regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing a delay in processing your payment." ***************** if I could leave zero stars I would!!
