      They steal your money! I have has an *** for years and never had issues until my company switched to VIA benefits. I have submitted so much documentation for expenses and it's never enough. They lock your card and then basically steal your money because there's no way to "validate" your purchases even though you spent them at a medical office! All of my coworkers are having the same issue, I feel like we are being SCAMMED.

      This is the worst company with which to do business, and it should not even be in business. Unfortunately, my equally incompetent former employer continues to renew their retiree benefits contract with them, even though they have been unable to pay the medical reimbursements to which I am entitled for two entire months now. When I called Via for the 10th time, I was referred to the "resolutions department" which informed me that there wasn't anything that they could do to process the payments on time. How does BBB rate Via Benefits A+ when its customers rate it 1.18 out of 5? Now I have to wonder about the integrity and competence of BBB. If they rate Via Benefits as A+, the BBB no longer has credibility. It should be rated an F!

      Do not use VIA Benefits - find any alternative route for your needs.VIA Benefits is a total scam and somebody needs to shut it down.They may answer the phone after and hour or more and will then often transfer you for at least another hour long wait. If you are able to speak to someone, they do not help you and will give you the run around.Their instructions for reimbursement do not match their website. After hours (yes, hours) long wait on phone, I was able to ask about this. They said they would need to "write up a ticket" and would call me in a week to discuss resolution. Its been 2 months and no response.I have paid for three months of insurance coverage now and have not received any reimbursement nor have I learned of any way to obtain it.

      This company runs one of the worst systems anywhere. To get into the reimbursement request, it did a two-step verification, with SSN Date of Birth, and Zip code, and sent a code to my phone. Then it asked for me to call a phone number for "quick verification". But the wait time to reach someone to get verified was estimated as fifty minutes (yes fifty, not five). Seriously???? Still waiting -

      Much like the posters below I have been on hold while trying to help my 87 year old mother set up a direct deposit for reimbursement. We have been doing this for a couple days now and we have been put on hold for 103 minutes, then 108 minutes, we are on our second 45 minute hold this morning because the one person who answered the call is "unlicensed" I think this is intentional. I wonder if there is some kind of legal remedy that could be sought. How can they expect people to hold this much. I am pretty sure I will be contacting our elected officials. Maybe Via Benefits and *** could explain this to congress.

      Worst customer service ever! If I could give negative stars I would. My money is in my account. I use a "**************************" benefit at a hospital they deny the charge because I paid the remaining balance at a hospital with my Healthcare debit card. The receipt from the hospital which is the same receipt I get everytine I ask for a new one doesn't have whatever via deems it shoukd have. This person **** was so rude and she spoke over me throughout the whole conversation. No solution, wouldn't even listen when I explained this is what the hospital keeps sending me. Awful awful service.

      Worse customer service ever. Been on hold for hours today. They transfer you to departments that cant help you. Main number is the only one with a call back number all the rest you have to hold the line. The main line to call back was 65 minutes, then they hung up when I answered. Had to call back again, this time 78 minute wait, then they transferred me to customer service, another 65 minute wait for them to answer, she cant help, then transfers me to an agent, another 69 minutes, then she says she is an unlicensed agent and cant help me and she transfers me to a licensed agent. I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting for the agent and now they are closing at 7:00. I started calling at 10:30 this morning and have gotten no where!

      Worst customer service ever I have been trying for almost a week to get a new advantage plan since I had to cancel my old plan since there plan didn't cover my doctors or hospital anymore if you call they put on hold or take your phone number and never call back they're just terrible customer service

      Really stuck here! Trying to change providers away from ******. But my Dad's employer *** was sold to L3Harris who has chosen to outsource their retiree health benefits plan to *************************** ************* *************************** is scammy or fraudulent in behavior. Been trying to reach "a licensed advisor" to discuss alternative options to Humana but long story short they keep putting me on hold for hours then disconnect. Online chat personnel insists the ONLY option is to speak with a licensed advisor and it MUST be done by phone. Chat persons "have no mechanism" to schedule a call.While on hold one is encouraged to use the website to see available alternative health care programs - however, once one answers many personal questions website shows only Humana. All this despite documents received in the mail over the years showing a variety of options including Aetna, UHC, ******. After 3 days of this I'm about to give up! Wondering if anyone knows of any senior citizens health advocate or ???? SHAME ON ******** for selecting this SCAMER of a company to "serve" it's retirees.

      Absolutely awful. If I could give a -5, I would. On hold for 5 hours. I'm 75 yrs. old, and this is by far the worst company call center I've dealt with in my entire life. Tried the call me back option, but they never called. I just wanted to change plans. You would think it would be easy. I have tried on 5 different occasions to do this, and gotten nowhere. I'm very busy, and can't sit on the phone for 5-6 hours. IT"S INSANITY.
