      Ive been on a call before with someone that worked for Johnson Mark LLC and was highly displeased. When I called back the other day I was assisted by ***** and he was very helpful. I was confused about some things and he had to repeat himself a lot for me to understand but he didnt come off frustrated or annoyed. He just executed his role in helping me.

      I was really having issues with my payments. The Young lady that assisted me is ***********************, she was a wonderful person. In a matter of putting things at ease, she made it very easy to work with. And she is very understanding and an awesome listener. May *** Bless her and her family.

      These people are heartless ******. They do not care what your situation is, they will take your money to the point to where you cannot pay your basic needs. I hope very bad things happen to these people.

      Your company filed a judgment against me last year (2022) for a debt that was paid in full on 07/07/2020. This filling led to a judgment against me and subsequently froze mine and my childrens bank accounts. I have gotten nothing but a run around trying to get a hold of someone who can actually assist me in getting this reconciled. My real complaint is how you able to do this without any proof. Because one phone call to the original company would have told you that this debt was paid in full on the aforementioned date. I wish there was a way I could give you less than the 1 star rating.*******************

      Received a letter looks like a fraud Court paperwork not here in Yamhill county. I call several locations of this business not able to respond or even pick up p the phone . Paper work says I was served not me by mail or in person. I don't even know who I owe this money to. Fraudulent and Bullying me will not get money out of me I want full disclosure.

      They talked me into paying my garnishment in full even after already making ****+ in payments through my work. This was to avoid additional overpayments. They have yet to pay me my overpayments and there only excuse is that they sent my works garnishments checks back. It has been 3-4 months know and we have yet to see them. They don't know yet, but if I don't see my **** bucks in the next few days I will be checking into suing them for everything and anything I can. I want my money just like they wanted money from me. The only difference is that they got their money in a couple weeks and I've given them 3+ months to square up with me.

      I was also phished into paying not only for the debt but the court fees associated with it all. I never even knew they were suing until I got a "Change of Venue" letter in the mail nearly a year after I moved from a different county. I got suckered into a payment plan, that I'm too nervous to cancel because I filed an answer saying that I have a payment arrangement with them. But the extra expense is getting too hard to handle, and on the chance that I can settle for a portion of the original debt dwindles with each payment I allow. They are suing me for a 1k debt from 6 years ago. If I haven't been able to pay it for 6 years what makes them think I can pay it now? I wish I would've done more research on them before I called the first time. The fact that companies can mass buy debts and then subsequently *** and garnish wages for it is despicable. And as a side note, I DID try to contact US Bank in the beginning when I knew I wasn't going to be able to make the minimum payments, and they were just like "f you pay me." hence why this particular debt fell to the back of the line of expenses. Our credit system is broken and does not accurately represent a person's ability to pay back loans. And it's magically okay for companies like this to destroy already struggling families, even if attempts are made to reconcile. It is vile and sh-ts on the "******** Dream" that has become our living nightmare.
