I deposited $1,000 into this prepaid credit card. I wish to cancel my card now as I no longer use it. I have been trying o contact them to get my $1,000 back that I put in. Nav is refusing to apply my payments from my business credit card to my credit report. They keep telling me they aren't required by law to report it, and that's partially correct. However, if they sell you a product that says "We will report this every month" then they are required to. I have paid monthly for the service. and I have paid off the charge card every day, and the aggregate is supposed to be reported monthly. Since it is not, and Nav refuses to fix the issue I want a refund on everything. They literally advertise it as such, and therefore that makes it a requirement once we enter into an agreement together. I pay them, they report it to the credit bureau. They are not, so I want my membership refunded, as this is doing nothing for my business credit, I just pay a monthly fee for nothing.Business Response

is automatically reported by Nav directly to all the major business
credit bureaus. Because of this direct reporting relationship, you

Card repayments are also automatically sent by Nav as a tradeline, but

This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in writing on October, 21 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! On March 19th, 2024, it appears you downgraded your Nav membership. We can confirm that your account has been set to downgrade on April 19th, 2024. Lastly, as previously explained, we are unable to refund your Nav Prime membership fees in accordance with our terms and conditions.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:I clearly demanded cancellation in October. You are using your terms to avoid performing the cancellation as requested several times.
The services weren't used and you know it.
Although your response might comply with your terms, your tenacity to refuse to fulfill my request and keep the money just show that you are not human but machines, and that you do not have any sense of customer service.
You are willing to spend more money following up with this case, than doing a customer service gesture.
thats just bad business. Business with no soul and definitely not geared towards serving the community of small business owners, Nav is just here for the taking.

NAV took monies from my account and locked it so now I can't use my own money. I've had a refund coming from a merchant and NAV took that refund and stored it as a credit on their side instead of returning it to my linked bank account where they took it from in the beginning. Nav refused to do anything. I had another refund come in and now they just took that money and kept it, then locked my credit card so I can't use it. Nav excuse is that my account needs to be relinked from "their trusted" partner Plaid, which Plaid now don't want to link the account, and their lie is username from bank can't be verified all of a sudden, which is a lie. So, now Nav don't want to refund the refunds I have that they took upon themselves to store as a credit which I didn't ask for even before they stolen and locked my card. Now, nobody wants to talk to me, and they use another lie saying they can't verify my identity, and they want to verify theirs with me when they call, so they use that as am escape goat to not handle the situation from their apparent fraud. All this scam company had to do in the first place is not hold people's money and return the transaction back to the original method, which was my linked bank account. So, the question now is, if you can't identify me, how was this account even opened. And most importantly, you're not contacting the real owner, why isn't the account restored back to its whole form and you release my money and close it. So, as you see, this is a scam, especially when the company don't even have a phone number so people can call them, they get slick and gives you VISA's number and not their number. Nav also don't have any physical locations nor other real business-related communication.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:It still doesn't work, I strongly believe this is a scam to take people's money. Nav had no problems taking my money out of my bank account, but now has a problem returning it when I didn't give permission for Nav to use my funds as a "store/site/app credit".

I am rejecting this response because:I have not seen a proper response, and I think the business is trying to do that out of your reach, so they won't look even worse than they are now. I've seen unprofessional and non-caring business do this so nobody else sees their response publicly.
I did however get an email today from this business that said my account was closed, which means they didn't care, and they did nothing to help.
In all, nav has still taken my money and didn't provide me my refund which to me suggest theft by deceptive practices.

I am rejecting this response because:The business did nothing, I took the liberty to contact my financial institute to dispute the charges after nav refused to help, so me and my bank handled this senseless situation that the business could have done if it were competent enough.

I spoke with one of their representatives when I noticed they no longer use Dun & Bradstreet. I told them I wanted to cancel, they didn't. When the quarterly renewal came up it charged me. I contacted them the SAME DAY of the renewal and they are so hard headed they will not refund me even though I gave them written notice prior of cancellation. We joined Nav nearly two weeks ago sent the $2150 from our business checking account. Then all of a sudden they said the account was canceled due to risk. We own YTE Group Inc and are one of the largest marketing companies for the Trucking industry in the USA. We have zero risk doing business with us. Anyway to make a long story short they said they would mail us our check back to the business address. We told them why can you not send the money back just like you received it through ach. They will not let us speak to anyone because it has to be scheduled. I am rejecting this response because, they are completely lying about when they mailed the check and we will tell you why. ******* **************** handles all the mail for our corporation and have never ever messed up not even once. They claim they mailed it and here it is the 14th of February and still never received it. They have had the correct address from day one. We have hired Sumision law firm in ***** **** to handle our lawsuit against NAV. Stay, as far away from this company as possible. Any time you send a company money through ACH to a company and they claim They cannot send it back to you in ACH Form and only a check run as far from them as possible. This is the twenty first century you people need to really learn not to steal hard working companies money.

I signed up for NAV Prime+SBSS IVE BEEN PAYING $59.00 per month & I am not able to access reports from SBSS. I have complained about this earlier on 9/25/23 & I didn’t receive any help with the matter. I showed pictures in my email 2 days that I’m not receiving SBSS scores even though I have been paying for them for months. Still no help.
