    I do not recommend them. I tried to order the part from Eclipse Quilting (Art ******* contact). This has been a nightmare. I ordered the part paying for it at time of order. I then waited almost a month before following up to find the order had not been shipped. Art sent an email back You have not given us your shipping address and you have to text us the list of items you want go order The phone number you gave us, doesnt work as it was disconnected, so we will not ship till u clear up these issues. The phone number for contact has been my number since **** and has never been disconnected, there was never a text to the phone number he sent the invoice to, and we had previously corresponded by email so he had contact information in the emails, an email was never received. I responded with an email with all the information including the attachments of the screen shots of the text sent when the part was ordered. What company charges you for something without knowing what it is you ordered. Anyway after multiple attempts I indicated I was starting to think that he took my money and wasnt going to send the parts, and that is when I was finally able to get a response, indicating I hadnt provided appropriate information or contact. Anyway bunch more texts, emails trying to get my part sent as I was told he was the only one for this, and he responded by cancelling my order. Funny he had all the information to be able to do that. Now because of the US ****** exchange Im out over $17.00 for exchange and a bunch of long distance calls and not part and a huge frustration and headache.
