    This is a subscription to a data provider. I paid $997.00 per year for a few years of this service. I no longer had a need for it and sent an email on the last day of my current term, 10/30/24, to cancel. They said I didn't "request a refund" and therefore only canceled future billing. They said they had already billed for the next annual term that day and future billing meant for 2026. That's a load of Cr@p.
    They then initially offered me roughly $200 for partial refund which was entirely insulting. They have since upped that to ~$590. Since I thought my service was canceled, I have never logged in or used the service since before 10/30/34.

    I subscribed to Landvoice data service 06/30/23 and it was a mistake. The holiday came & went and I wasn't able to find the time to work with it as it was complicated. July 8-15th, I house sat for my daughter figuring I could work from there. We were hit with storms and was without internet and phone service most of the time. Around July 17th, I finally got to look into the service & found no real value in it. Most of the data was not available or inaccurate. I was supposed to be able to do neighborhood search which was not even set up until July 25th after I talked to Shelly about it. I requested a two-week extension on what I already paid a chance to explore the service after Shelly went over some things with me. She said it would be no problem. I was very transparent and shared with her that I was not that impressed and wanted to cancel. However, the company charged my account $127 anyway again on July 30th even though I informed Shelley I didn't want to continue if they were going to charge me again before I had a chance to review everything I was supposed to get. Shelly sent me an email on July 31st stating:
    ACCOUNT UPDATE: This email is to confirm the cancelation of your Landvoice subscription and future billing has now been stopped. Your subscription will remain active and accessible until the end of your billing cycle, August 30, 2023.. Our Account Review team will email your Refund Request response in the next 5-7 business days.

    Also, a text on July 31st saying the two-week extension was granted and a refund was in the process on several occasions, but I still have not received my refund. They continue to keep my account active even though I told them I wanted it cancelled when I saw the charge on July 30th. I made all of this clear in my early conversations with Shelley prior to July 21st and prior to the last billing. She knew I was not happy & wanted to hold off on future billings but allowed them to bill me anyway.

    I signed up for a 3 month trial.
    I had an intial setup call with a Landvoice representative.
    After going through the system that Lanvoice offers, I decided that this service was lacking what I needed.
    So I asked after 1 day to please refund my $467.00

    Refund Department/Data Analyst, from LANDVOICE said there would be no refund.
    I told her I never used The Landvoice system and after 1 day I should be offered a refund.
    Landvoice still has not refunded my money.
