  I left the *********** industry completely 5 months into a 1 year contract I paid over 1k for. I begged them repeatedly for a refund of my over $500 dollars and they didnt respond for weeks after multiple calls and then I finally got an email back from them saying no they will Not consider my circumstances and will not issue any sort of a Refund. If I get back into the business I will NEVER consider Landvoice again.

  This company gave a money back guarantee on their services. When I requested a re fund it was denied. The real estate leads from them were poor. The only way to get me to try the service was to discount it and offer a guarantee. It is a scam.

  they don't answer the phone when they do - sounds like they work at a hot dog stand. Bad Bad Business - don't waste your money - it's scam only to make you believe your getting something

  The worst customer support. I have tried cancelling my account and they wont respond back to me. They charged me again and will not refund my money.

  Sent this to the president of LandVoice. They are SLIMY! AND STEAL money.I signed up for LV a year ago at a KW Bold event.Your representative was horrible, to say the least, let me add. He was on personal phone calls all day after his speech at our Bold class.I had to wait until the end of the day. He gave me a contract to sign and off I went. Of course, I didn't read it, I paid for it that was it.I never had success with the program and I did work, but that was neither here nor there.Then I am notified I've been charged for another year. I IMMEDIATELY responded do not renew me. The same day!Now I have to fight for a refund. I get an email saying it will be refunded, then another, we have until today to refund, then you guys call me to "discuss my refund" indicating I would get a partial refund.This is a slimy way to do business.I am going to go up the ladder as far as I have to go with ************************************************** of all and let them know they should probably look into who they authorize to sell their agents programs such as this. Secondly, I will fight it with my CC company (I have a letter stating I would be refunded) which is all they need.Third I'm starting with ****** consumer and not stopping until I am heard and get a refund that I should not have to fight for.You poked tghe wrong bear.

  LandVoice is compliant with other real estate scams. They partner with **************** Services that charges $5000 for guaranteed real estate sales and requires you to be signed up with LandVoice to generate the lists. Landvoice charges $897 per year for access to their service and then gives you a brief training with **************** Services once you sign up. This whole program is a scam as you turn in lists twice a month and never get leads. LandVoice is aware of this issue with their partner company and has done nothing about it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry if you do!

  DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Their data is highly inaccurate, I signed up and within 30 mins and still on the phone with the sign up rep I let them know that I did not want to proceed and wanted to cancel and refund the account. I was told to bad so sad you signed a 1 year contract, no refund and your ***.

  I was told by a Representative that They have a diaper. They do not. That was the first question I asked and I was straight up lied to. The very next day I tried to cancel and was told that about the No cancellation. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO LANDVOICE. You will be disappointed!!! They will not give my $1000 back because *******. ********* LIED just to get me signed up.

  I had to sign up for neighborhood search because they don't do zip codes. (i.e. find all records in a zip). This is very tedious, but worked "OK." The problem is, some of the data (phone numbers) is missing. I NEED THE ***** NUMBERS. I don't care if they're DNC or not; I use them for identifiers. This happened with 2 files a couple weeks ago: no problem. I emailed the incomplete files & they sent me the data. THIS time, there were 4 files. I called immediately, then emailed, and then called again...and again...and emailed...and called again...Total 11 times! Plus multiple emails. If this had been corrected in a timely manner, I could have then canceled my subscription, but they dragged this on into another billing cycle...and I STILL don't have the data. If they could correct this quickly the first time, why so long with the second time? I should not have to do the tedious map drawing again which takes hours. I NEED THE COMPLETE DATA & A RESPONSE! ANY reponse!
